I ordered a frozen drink I was very friendly but the cashier was pretty rude she just acted like she didn’t want to be there at all and didn’t care it’s very expensive for one medium drink there I paid 7 Bucks I went to Tim Hortons and got a large for less than that

We went through the drive-thru, service was very good it was 6:30am right before all the teachers and morning people get there. I love that berry refresher and stuffed croissant appreciated how fast you go us out of there I had to catch a plane in Plattsburgh. Good job.

Staff is rarely friendly and usually much slower than other Dunkin locations. I’ve had 4+ min waits while no one else was in line. Seriously? I’ve worked at another Dunkin many years ago and I know what I ordered doesn’t take that long.

My daughter and I love the drinks and food we get from here, and the morning/early afternoon staff are truly wonderful, kind, and just plain awesome. The later afternoon staff however is not as great with their customer service, they should take some pointers from morning/early afternoon staff. We have stopped going to Dunkin past 1 pm solely because of multiple bad experiences.

Honestly the staff was really good for quite a while and then they had a major loss in help to the point that you weren’t sure if you should be mad bc of the wait or feel bad for the workers. I guess it is management that is to blame for allowing it to get that bad. I am a regular dunkin lover and I will say that I think she is a supervisor maybe but she’s been there a while and not one of the young lil teenagers there but I will have to say that she is probably the best employee there. Always kind and friendly even when she is 10 orders deep. Doesn’t give you the eye roll when they forget your cold foam you actually paid for n send it back. She not only fixes it w a smile she apologizes and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Maybe I will get her name next time.

Doughnuts are my favorite thing here along with the frozen hot chocolate, just wish the workers were more welcoming. They’re so quiet some days, almost in a zombie mode and hardly smile….
