Stopped in on a Bingo Thursday and it was hopping! We we able to sit down right away at an open 4 top. Tried 3 apps and they were all awesome. Ham and Cheese balls, cowboy corn bites and Texas tots. All unique and delicious!
We also shared a jalapeno popper pizza, another home run! So tasty!! There was more on the menu we wanted to try but just didn’t have room on the table. We’ll be back!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Upper Deck Sports Bar in Sartel, Minnesota. My family and I visited the bar on a Saturday night, and we were asked to be quiet by the staff, despite the fact that it is a bar and such behavior is expected. Furthermore, the staff made false accusations against my kids regarding their behavior in the parking lot.
I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the staff’s behavior and attitude towards my family and me. It was evident that they had a biased and discriminatory attitude towards non-local customers. We were not accommodated, despite being paying customers.
I suggest that the staff and management be more welcoming to all customers, regardless of their location, and provide equal treatment to all customers. It is essential to offer a welcoming and inclusive environment to all customers, and I hope that the staff will be more considerate of their behavior and attitude in the future.

Don’t let the outside looks keep you away. The inside is cute, clean, and has plenty of seating. GREAT food. Many selections. We had onion rings as an appetizer and they are some of the best we’ve had. I had wings and there are more than enough sauces to choose from. We will definitely be back.

Received water that tasted like Sulfur and was refused access to sit with my family after traveling over 1,000 miles to see them. Terrible service and rude staff. Was sadly disappointed in my home town sports bar. Will not be coming back.

I recently visited Upper Deck Sports Bar in Sartell, Minnesota, and unfortunately had a negative experience. The customer service was extremely poor and I felt discriminated against based on my race. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and when I asked for assistance, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. Additionally, I witnessed several instances of prejudice towards other customers. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff.

Worst BINGO bar in Sartell. We went for Bingo and it was so loud. The other patrons were so loud and the bingo caller was awful. Food was typical bar food, not too pricey but just basic food. Wont go again for bingo just based on atmosphere.
Edit: after reading the response from the owner I will edit my review. Bingo at this bar was awful. Almost every patron was playing bingo including us, but was super loud and the caller, who we sat just about on top of, couldnt speak louder to save her life.
Yes the bar food was typical (I didnt try the pepperoni thing that does sound good) but it wasnt bad, just typical.
The service was good. Cant complain there, our server was attentive as much as she could be being as busy as she was.
I repsect the hell out of this owner who was so positive in his response. He didnt tear me down for my views, just invited me to try again. I just might,,, but definitely NOT on Bingo night. Thank you Andy for making my negative experience a semi positive one that just might get me to try again.

I am OBSESSED with the buffalo cheese curds!!! They are SO good with marinara & ranch! The have the only fried pickles i’ve ever liked!! i wish they had desserts though.
