The person that owns this one owns the one by Walmart and both of them suck. I got a meatball marinara with the cheese, onions, and extra lettuce. Instead I got a meatball marinara with no cheese, 1 or 2 onions, and almost no lettuce. To make it worse they cut my bread down the middle on the crease and wrapped it the long ways so I got less meatballs than what actually comes on a footlong.
My boyfriend got a footlong and mine was half the size. It’s just crazy how dumb these employees can be and how the owners and managers just don’t care. It’s frustrating when you get off work and pick up your order and drive 25 minutes home just for your food that is overpriced. I wanted it toasted and it was definitely not toasted. I wish van wert would bring good places to eat instead of this trash.

I assume corporate did the change of the menu. Honestly, I like this current menu better. I do not feel so overwhelmed. When they came out with multiple “new” subs at one time it was very overwhelming to attempt to learn the new menu. Service is ok at this location but some of the employees really do not speak. You basically have to go through the “Subway steps” rather than some of the employees asking you. We were never asked if we were eating in or taking out. I did not see any of the green baskets for eating inside. They just automatically bagged everything up.

I ordered a subway melt and she corrected me its called the subway all american club. Thats fine wasn’t upset about that. She asked me about the bread 2x and it was still wrong then asked me if I wanted something about it being the house something not sure i told her I wasnt sure. I just wanted lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers. I ended up with cucumbers and something other stuff. It was horrible. Service was great but it was need to pay more attention to the customer and what they are saying and want. Wasted $10.

Well been on road since 7am just got to the subway for food and well after a long long day of driving I get my sub covered in my cheese sauce for my dippers and let me say not impressed so I’ll wait til after I go see the movie with my family to go home and eat cuz it’s covered and if I take it out it’s gonna get all over my car. They need to slow down and listen and stop pushing us through like they don’t have the time to do their job. Not only that but the sauce was very cold and chunky it doesn’t even remotely look close to what is advertised. I’ve had issues like this at multiple locations and now I’m leaving reviews. “Subway eat fresh your way” more like hurry up and rush so my order was not satisfactory

Me and my boyfriend came here after work to grab some dinner grabbed 2 of the new protein bowls. Boyfriend ordered the teriyaki bowl I ordered the chicken bacon bowl. Clearly it isn’t and I can’t eat this because of allergens. I’m too exhausted to go back after working a 13 hour shift. So I won’t be having dinner tonight and won’t be back to this location.
