Very upsetting to have a girl who sneezes on the line then makes you wait over 5 minutes because she’s talking to others on the phone very unprofessional with it in her shirt talking! the list can go on & on the old opener would assist but the new one I’m not very fond of! The place is crappy in the mornings, the wait is long the afternoons aren’t too good especially when she’s talking 24:7 and she is a complete mess shirt is always dirty her hair is a mess and she is just over all loud especially while in the lobby you can hear all her info in the back talking inappropriate. Subway get it together & get a better opener! I loved this place until I hated it recently. Most of my family will not come here anymore because of how the sandwich is made and to be more specific it’s her who overloads them & they are a complete disaster!

First and last time at this business. Typically a business would welcome you in and ask how can I help you. Not here they just give you a stare down like a old Western movie.
Staff wasn’t clear of menu on how to make a sandwich ordered.
I’m not sure if my meat was real or Purina. After getting home (10 min) the meat was mushy. Took 4 bites and dumped it in the trash.
Definitely not a good visit at this subway, and definitely wasted money. Parking lot could be bladed to get ice off, to avoid a slip or fall on ice.
Retried this place again and nothing changed, so it’s obvious the franchise owner isn’t involved or don’t care about their store. We did a online order so all the employees have to do is read at best and order was still screwed up. Deserts were hard and unable to eat. We tossed two subs in the trash after a bite.

I ordered a BOGO 50%. Both sandwiches were drenched in sauce. One sandwich had the wrong bread. Normally, I’ve had good luck with this location. It is usually when they have good deals where the attention to detail is lacked.

As we arrived the workers were cleaning and preparing. Then they helped us with our sandwich builds. They were also very patient with us old people! The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere about it. They bread was fresh and all the fixings were great. Over all a great place!

Staff was great, like since we couldn’t see what we we wanted. My friend goes by pictures. That stupid cover thing is just flat stupid. You could of a colored plastic. Then meats and cheese and stuff keep color and custom can see. Be surprised how many can’t read menu

The credit card machine was down due to a thunderstorm. The workers were all chit chatting and on their phones but they didnt hear me. I cleared my throat and the one girl rushed up, said sorry and helped me. Food was good

Placed online order at 5:30 to be picked up at 6:00. Husband went in, order wasn’t ready. He went back 2 more times, order still not ready. Two employees doing nothing but said they’d been busy. Never did get our food but SOMEONE got it because the app said the food was picked up. So , we paid for food we never received. I’ve tried contacting the company 3 times and HAVEN’T BEEN CONTACTED. No food, no explanation, no apology, no refund. NOT GOING BACK!!

Went in tonight at about 7:30 and there were two workers, the worker with pink hair was kind and respectful, but the other worker was just flat out rude. She would rudely snap at customers and say she couldn’t hear them. This worker had a Bluetooth headphone in her ear so no wonder she couldn’t hear. She snapped at the family infront of me because they had questions on one of the sandwiches. She was just rude. The restaurant itself was dirty but the food was eatable
