Staff has terrible attitude. I asked for ranches at the window I was willing to pay, but they wouldn’t give them to me. They were very rude and threatened to call the police on me. It would have been so much more simple to charge me and give me what I asked for.

The lobby closes everyday at 6pm , 7pm. This location also seems to pre cook patties and then grab the cooked patties that were cooked who knows how long ago, and builds the burgers or sandwiches upon the order. Which I’m not loving. The problem is the restaurant is closing the lobby in hopes of controlling the food line orders and fearful of a chaotic experience with drive thru orders, in restaurant orders and the online orders. So their solution is to close the lobby at 6pm or 7pm depending on the day and control the foot traffic. which aides them to control the restaurant orders. The food could be great, but because of this it seems to lack the charm and taste. I noticed as well they sometimes will only say they are taking cash when you drive up to the window. It could be a practice to deter customers from being able to order as cash isn’t always commonly on hand from customers like a debit cash card. Anyone else with an experience for this location? I think the solution base thinking here and the attempt to control the orders is smart but it just doesn’t work. This isn’t the one. For now I’ll say Nope.
