I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A’s and this ones good just tasted better somehow. The fries were more crisp but not overdone, my sandwich was the same- usually you get them in the foil wrappers and they’re a bit soft but mine was just right. Atmosphere was good and service was friendly and quick. A great stop- especially if you are visiting Robert Is Here (also a must for casual tourists!)

During my visit, I was warmly welcomed by two ladies, who I believe are the owners, and their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out from the very beginning. What’s not to love about Chick-fil-A? This is one of the newer locations that is easily accessible on and off the highway. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. There wasn’t much of a wait in the drive-thru to get what I ordered. Our order was correct and delicious.

I love Chick-fil-A but this location has gotten my order wrong the past three or four times I’ve gone either. They give me like three french fries in my large fry or they get something wrong on my order like giving me french fries instead of mac & cheese or putting pickles on something that I specified to have no Pickles. Food is usually grate unfortunately the people they keep hiring don’t care about there soda machine or tea. I ordered 3 drinks 2 sweet teas 1 Dr Pepper. All three drinks were out. There was no syrup in the Dr Pepper and the teas were all water. First image is Dr Pepper and second is sweet tea. They literally filled all the cups up with ice and then gave us those drinks to play it off. How sad

Kassandra was lovely with us. She was smiling, warm and very welcoming. The sandwiches were very good they are generous especially on the sides and sauces. They forgot something and let us take what they had put in addition by offering it to us, the 3 girls were really very helpful. Kassandra came to offer us a huge milkshake at the end, she really deserves a promotion !!!!!!! I will do my best so that ALL everglade goes here.

Since this place opened, it’s been very rare for me to get my order right, but today, 9-26-25, they really sealed it with a flourish—it’s the dirtiest and most disgusting thing, like a booger with little hairs included. The experience is always mixed each time I visit, which is less often these days. I find a 1 inch piece of plastic in my salad. I complained and received a coupon for another salad. The experience has forced me to think twice about visiting. They are still slow when it comes to service delivery and lack quality control.

This is a rather large Chick-fil-A with two dedicated drive through layne’s. It’s located in a more rural area of Southern Dade county, so the traffic and the parking is not a huge issue.
If you guys like macaroni and cheese, this place has the best Mac and Cheese that you’ll ever buy at a fast food restaurant. They also have wonderful smoothies and milkshakes and ice cream Galore. This type of ice cream taste totally different from McDonald’s or Burger king, it’s much more high quality and black sugary? As always, the service at Chick-fil-A is top-notch, they really go out of their way in making the customer happy. Thank you Chick-fil-A!

We recently visited Chick-fil-A and had an outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the young blond manager who has been with the company for seven years. The food was of excellent quality—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
We also had a very pleasant conversation with the manager, and his approach to our situation was more than professional. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely human. You truly have the right person in the right position, and we hope the higher management appreciates him as much as we did.
