I recently was at a local favorite spot. Next to this Papa John’s. My partner & I were trying to leave however we were blocked in by an 18 wheeler. My partner asked the driver to move so we can back out. He then said you need to wait 30 mins. My partner said that’s not going to work we need to leave. Can you please move the truck up? The driver got explicit! Said … no “N word” you can wait! The driver also threatened to beat him up! My parter said move the truck. As things escalated the “manager” came out & said it’s for us to block the space in to unload. You can wait! I then asked where the “do not park” signs” we’re. Manager rolled his eyes & walked in! Papa John’s I see why you are suffering in the pizza game: y’all are racist, homophobic, & just don’t care about your customers!
Also they use dirty doe at this location!!!

Last 3 or 4 pies have been less than fresh. Tonight was the last time. Had two pies.The peppers in both both looked old and the one I ate tasted terrible. Spit it out. Very little toppings on both the buffalo chicken and the pepperoni & mushrooms. Both tasted old. Had a supreme a few weeks ago. Made everyone sick with lots of bathroom time. I hope they can get their issues fixed.

So while at the store I observed a lot of things that raised concerns in my mind. First: hair nets are apparently optional here. Which is gross. Second: No gloves while preparing the pizzas. I see so many possible ways for the spread of illnesses or just finding a hair in your food. Less than impressed.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They judge you and decide weaither they will deliver to you. So, if you live in an income restricted neighborhood then you get forget getting your order. How is anyone to know they won’t deliver to income restricted neighborhoods. They don’t exactly make it known on their website as in “Address not available for delivery.” That would have helped. I better get my money back or they are going to be hearing from me in more than one way.

Ordered a large pizza, 2 liter and wings, no wings or 2 liter showed up. The pizza boy, I don’t remember his name but he had colorful hair and was light skinned, he was incredibly rude. Didn’t say hello or anything just pushed the pizza into my arms and held out a hand waiting for payment.

Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed a 70.00 + dollar order waited over 30 minutes for my order for them to tell me my order was delivered. Which I didn’t receive. Ask to speak to a manager, no manager was available. Which I know is a lie. I am in the business of retail. Then I ask for the corporate number the gentleman didn’t know it. Joe was the person that answered the phone Brandon was the one that was supposed to deliver my food. The bad part about it all I had to call another location to get the general manager phone number which his name is John I did call and leave a message hopefully he will return my call. He really needs to know how rudely I was treated by his staff. but I will definitely not order from this location ever.

Overall, this has to be the BEST Papa John’s in the area compared to the one in Turnberry Shopping Center. I will literally drive the 15 mins to pick up my pizza from here than to get it from TURNBERRY, Please teach those idiots how to cook pizza! Pizza here is always warm and freshly made and always handled with care. 10/10 recommend.
