The stromboli loaf was very good. The pizza was not good at all. I ordered cheese, pepperoni and olives. The sauce didn’t reach the corners. The pepperoni and olives were very sparse. I ordered a large and it looked as though it was a larger pizza cut in half. It didn’t have crust all around the pizza as a regular large would. The young girl working there was very nice. I will not order pizza there again. The stromboli I definitely would.

Goodness where do I even begin? My family and I were craving pizza so badly today & none of the pizza places near us were making us ooh or ah. I was searching via Uber Eats & found DePetrillo’s – we all decided yes, absolutely. I didn’t know that it was this location, I thought it was the Coventry one since that’s a bit closer to me. But when I tell you… the Uber driver took a 30 min trip from North Prov to my place and the pizza was still warm! We heated it up just a tad more and it was so fresh, the dough was so soft but with the perfect amount of crunch. We got the three topping large pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni & sausage and 3 classic pizza straps (c’mon, gotta have em in RI!). Everything was perfect, the pizza is now nonexistent LOL, but our cravings have been satisfied and we can rest with full bellies! I know my parents used to get the party tray of pizza strips for family reunions, which they mentioned sometimes never made it to the reunion since they were so good! Great to know DePetrillo’s is still good – if not better!

I will never be returning to this business again. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I had to come back—understandably upset to return what should have been correct in the first place—the staff was rude and defensive.
I had spoken with someone a week prior to ensure my order would be ready for Christmas Eve, yet when I arrived, the order was wrong. Instead of rectifying the situation professionally, I was met with horrible customer service and an owner who attempted to twist the situation and portray me as the antagonist. Their behavior was downright nasty, and when I defended myself, another customer even suggested that telling employees to do their job properly was “mean.” No, it is not mean—it’s an expectation.
Not to mention the young boy who answers the phone as if he just woke up from his nap. Unreal
If employees were properly trained and capable of fulfilling orders correctly, customers wouldn’t have to deal with these mistakes, let alone the unprofessional attitude that follows. It’s completely unreasonable to expect anyone to be happy about returning to fix a mistake that should never have happened. This was a horrible experience with rude, unprofessional people.

Love the pizza here. Unfortunately the service isn’t always the best. Tried to order pizza today. Was told about 35 minutes. When I arrived in that time, they hadn’t even made the pizza yet and then went to hide in the kitchen thinking I couldn’t see them fooling around behind the 2 way glass. Had to call out to them so someone would come back out. Waited another 25 minutes but couldn’t wait any longer. Sucks because my family loves the pizza and calzones but the service can be poor certain days and they don’t seem to care about the customers. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order and they didn’t seem to care anyways.
