We both loved our brunch choices. The menu had traditional breakfast options as well as Thai options. I tried something new and was very pleased. Our server, Colton, was very patient with us and our slow decision making. Laid back environment with lots of energetic colors. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful meal (first time at Uncle Jeffi’s). The waitress was prompt and sweet. The food presentation was mouthwatering. The portions were more than enough and the food was delicious. I had a Denver omelette, and my wife had scrumptious Eggs Benedict. We are definitely coming back.

Seen this place from time to time while driving so decided to pop in and give it a try. Upon browsing the menu, the Thai breakfast section caught my attention as well as the vegan and vegetarian options. I’ve always been a fan of Thai food but never tried Thai breakfast and I was also a vegetarian for 3 years so the menu caught my interest quickly. I decided to order the Kai Jeaw Moo Sup. Best way I can try to describe it is like a fried egg omelette cooked with mushrooms, minced pork and red onion garnished atop with shredded carrot and cilantro served respectfully over a bed of jasmine rice with a side of this red sauce that has a mini kick of spice. The portion was generous and the flavor was amazing to the taste! And also paired well with a coffee I love that this breakfast entree comes with rice as well as I grew up eating rice with every meal in my household Another thing that’s nice is they have house made kombucha here! Can’t wait to try more of their Thai breakfast dishes for sure. They also have what appears to be traditional American breakfast as well which is nice and the lunch and appetizers look good as well. Will definitely come back for more and I for sure can recommend this place especially the dish I got today

I still dream about this breakfast and its been months since I had it. This diner has a variety of Thai plates and it was so refreshing to have that for breakfast! Will definitely come again when in Utah!

I was immediately drawn to the Thai breakfast entrees. The Thai Fried Egg was full of vegetables and flavor and paired well with the Joke (rice porridge), which was silky and delicious. We also tried the simple Sunny Breakfast with fresh fruit. We washed it all down with their dark and rich house coffee.

We enjoyed a brunch here today, really unique items on the menu! Food was great, but our service a little slow. Still, a great find!

Hard pass on the chicken fried steak. Lowest quality steak ever. Mocha, breakfast puffs, and the gravy was all good. The cookery was most impressive though, just need better ingredients here and there. Wife and I would like to come back and try the Asian inspired offerings just to give this place another shot.

It’s been well over a month since I came here, but every time I think of the food, a chill runs down my spine. I wanted to come here specifically because I noticed the vegan options, and wanted to give it a try. Please, please do not come here if you are excited about the prospect of vegan options! It was nearly inedible. The egg substitute was gritty, oily, and unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I dropped a piece on the table, and it stained it yellow. Delicious vegan brunch food exists and is possible, but not here, sadly. Also, every item you order with a vegan substitute costs significantly more. I spent a good chunk of change on a meal I was barely able to eat.

Maybe it’s just me, but the concept of a Thai fusion brunch spot is not one that I feel you would normally hear of! This immediately captured my attention when trying to find a new spot for brunch over the weekend. Especially seeing that Uncle Jeffi’s is owned by the same owners who have created a handful of successful Thai restaurants in the area, it quickly became a must try!

I absolutely love that they offer some very traditional Thai menu items, especially when it comes to drinks! I indulged in a Thai Iced Tea and the flavor was perfect. As far as the regular menu goes, they offer an array of options from your standard American breakfast fare to what appears to be some more traditional Thai breakfast options. They also have a chalkboard wall upon entering the restaurant that displays a decent selection of specials for the day. We ordered the following:

Mango Whipped Pancake: The first part of our brunch experience was one of the specials which was a Mango Whipped Pancake. I will order anything off of a menu if mango is involved and this really delivered on deliciousness. The syrup was more of a mango jelly consistency that was sweet, but not overpowering. When combined with a bite of the pancake with the whipped cream and fruit, it was like magic! It tasted so fresh and I would hope they turn it into a regular menu item so I can order it again.

Kow Munn Gai Tord: A phonetic play on the dish Khao Mun Gai Tod, this was my dish I ordered and it essentially is Thai Fried Chicken with Garlic Rice. There is also the option to order it with tofu, if desired. In my opinion, this dish seemed perfect for the addition of one scrambled egg, and I believe it made the dish for me. I love a good protein paired with rice and eggs, and this absolutely delivered on the comfort food front, as well as the amazing flavors! It comes with a sweet chili sauce which is always a favorite of mine, but I also asked for their house hot sauce to kick it up a notch. The house hot sauce has a similar flavor profile to the sweet chili, but just has a bit more oomph to it!

The Stack: My husband is a big fan of ordering breakfast food items that essentially come in one big pile, or stack! This was a more American standard breakfast dish, but came with all the essentials – hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, meat, and topped with eggs. He enjoyed every bit of this dish and the toast that came on the side.

Something that is worth mentioning is that this menu offers so many vegan and vegetarian options. As a previous pescetarian of 10 years, I love seeing multiple options for specific diets, whatever a person’s may be. It’s always great to see local restaurants succeed and I hope they continue to do well! They have a very unique experience to offer here and I believe more people need to give it a try!
