Lacey works here alone but her service was amazing. People just need to be more patient and understand that this location only has one person working but she was really nice and respectful. Food was fresh as well.

Using the drive thru is so convenient!

I loved having my order repeated back to me in such a fun way– “Drag it through the garden, hop over the jalapeños”.

I visited this Subway on 7/1/2024 at 9:47pm with my two young children, both under 9 years old. Despite a sign indicating that the restaurant was OPEN, we were denied service. There was already a family eating inside, so we assumed we could also get a meal. However, the young employee behind the counter informed us they were no longer taking orders since it was past 9:30 PM. Accepting this, we returned to our car while my husband pumped gas and we looked for a different option.

To my astonishment, shortly after, an older lady and two teenage girls walked in, and the same employee began preparing their meal despite it being well past 9:30 PM. Confused and frustrated, I went back inside and questioned why they were being served when we were turned away. The employee laughed in my face and dismissively said, “She’s only getting a 6-inch.” .

This employee did not offer the same courtesy to my family or even ask what my children wanted to begin with. Despite our visible distress after a long trip with hungry kids, we were ignored. The employee then mentioned the restaurant closed at 9:30pm and pointed to the sign at the door, but it was clear this rule only applied selectively since the other family was served at 10 PM inside the restaurant. Again, laughing.

When I pointed out this inconsistency, the employee mentioned a drive-thru option, which was never offered to us or the other family. It’s clear that this Subway location has employees who choose whom to serve based on their own biases.

John Keeling, please consider hiring staff who are empathetic, professional, and non-discriminatory. The behavior of your current employees not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also raises concerns about the cleanliness and professionalism in food preparation. I am grateful we weren’t served under such circumstances.

Waited at the drive thru window forever, starving, with my 3 year old, twice someone said “be with you soon”. After literally 15 minutes I just parked and went in, there was 1 lady who was a staff/owner supposedly, and 1 customer. I said “omg I’m starving, guess have to order inside because I can’t wait anymore, I’ve been waiting at the drive thru for like 15 minutes. The lady looked at me and said “it’s been 7” with a nasty smile on her face. That was a lie because my husband got a phone call right when we pulled in, his call lasted 8 minutes, and we still waited another few minutes past that. I didn’t say anything, just “ok well I will order inside now” to which this woman said “I’m not gonna serve you, good bye!” with that same nasty smile. DO NOT COME HERE, THAT IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMER.

This is the best Subway I’ve been to and has been for many years. I have a particularly annoying order and most subways grump about it. They usually grump about putting extra lettuce on the sandwich which is crazy because that’s one of the cheapest product they have. Anyway, this subway didn’t grump at all. They were so sweet and patient with our order.

The food was so delicious. The quality of the turkey seemed so much better than others subways I’ve been to. It definitely had a wonderful flavor.

I would recommend this subway over any other!
