Attempted to call restaurant but phone number is deactivated.
We found plastic in our sushi. Requesting a refund. Feeling incredibly worried because we are not sure if we ate plastic. Ordered one dragon roll and one Philadelphia roll. Pretty upset with the quality as we did wait outside for take out pretty long (~35 minutes).

House of Sushi is my favorite local hole-in-the-wall sushi spot. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and it’s usually easy to get a table. The staff, who appear to be the family owners, are consistently welcoming and efficient, and they genuinely care about the experience. The sushi is reliably excellent, the prices are among the most reasonable in the area, and the Hi-Chew with the bill is a small but memorable touch!

Great fresh sushi and extensive menu! Love the quaint and cozy atmosphere, and the service was exceptional! I will definitely be coming back for the delicious food and great prices.

Cute spot, very kind staff and excellent service. However, I can’t recommend for vegeterians. I ordered two vegeterian items, both had random pieces of ikura and fish chunks on them? Cross contamination was very disappointing, especially since the vibe was so cute and staff was so warm.

We were in the area and saw this place- had a good feeling about it. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to open. It was worth the wait. Everything was delicious. Dragon roll and chicken teriyaki were out of this world.

Dinner started off strong with flavorful chicken and beef skewers, and the salmon kama was a highlight—perfectly cooked and delicious.
The rolls were less impressive. The Rock & Roll and Spider rolls were drenched in eel sauce, which overpowered everything. I’m always a bit cautious when sushi comes heavily sauced—it feels like something’s being covered up. The sushi rice was also a bit soggy.
The uni, saba, and hamachi sushi were all fresh and enjoyable, though the uni portions were smaller than expected.
Bill came out to over $150. A little pricey for what we got, but with smarter ordering, I’d give it another try.

Super casual sushi spot that won’t make your wallet cry. The food options and quality aren’t the best but hard to argue given the price tag. The lettuce included with soft shell crab wasn’t fresh; both color and flavor were off. The sushi combos came with a few repeat. The salmon was good, but the tuna tasted bland. The menu description for “super california roll” implied there’d be an abundance of tobiko. However, the amount seems more appropriate for their “special california roll” instead. Nothing bad to say about the sashimi other than the tuna.
Well here are the goods: location, prices, overall vibes, supporting local businesses, and no food poisoning. Service can get a bit slow but they’re making it work with the # of workers they have. Not gonna ding them for that.

Took over 1hr to get our takeout food despite ordering the minute they opened. Dishes that were supposed to be hot were all cold and had been clearly sitting out for a while. The quality of the rolls was mediocre. Can’t say I’d recommend to someone.

Quaint little place, the takoyaki was good, but the sushi is too large imo. They’d be better off cutting it into smaller pieces which would give the illusion of more sushi and would be much more manageable to eat. I would rate it 3.5/5.

The only disadvantage is that their rice is too hard. Every time they come to eat, it is hard. The rice is too burnt. I don’t know whether it is the Rice cooker or too much cooking. You need to soak it in soup before you can eat it. I hope the store can improve it.
