We love Amarillo. Whether it is take out or sitting down, the BBQ and all of the food is 10/10. They have good options for kids too. We’ve always found the staff to be happy and helpful. Never had trouble finding a table. Plus, they have TVs if you’re timing it right to catch the game. The selection of beers on tap is surprisingly good
It has a warm, charming atmosphere. Highly recommend all of the cuts!

The staff are super friendly and answered all our questions and even chatted with us about living in Duvall. The brisket was so tender it was falling off my fork. The corned beef was delicious. The bark was incredible. I really enjoyed the potatoe salad too it helped to cut through the richness of the meat.

Drove here one Saturday to try out this place, which I’ve seen in some local publications about having some of the best BBQ in the Seattle area. Wasn’t too busy when I arrived and ordered a pound of lean brisket, half pound of turkey, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and 2 house made sausages. My sides were smokey baked beans and spicy campfire beans. Only regret was not ordering any of the ribs! The brisket was delicious..smokey flavor, very tender. Some of the pulled pork and pulled chicken was slightly dry but overall good especially with the sweet sauce that’s provided with the meal. I personally thought that the house made sausages are some of the best I’ve ever had. I have never had the flavor profile of both brisket and pork in a sausage and the taste of it was fantastic! The turkey also was well cooked and very moist. We found both of the bean side dishes lacking in flavor but the campfire beans had a lil spice to them. Not a bad spot for BBQ if you happen to be in the Duvall area.

Would rate this higher if I could. The food was delicious. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and textured just right. The flavor of the ribs could be tasted throughout each bite. The smokey potato salad was amazing. Tater tots were perfect. Mac and cheese was smooth and cheesy. Spicy beans had the right amount of heat. The street corn is the best I’ve ever had! Be sure to get the corn!
Loved eating outside. We’ll be back!

Pictured is the Brisket Philly Dip and half of the cornbread and some tater tots I was sharing. This sandwich may be my new favorite. They definitely do an amazing job with their meat as the fat melts in your mouth and was filled with great flavor. The tater tots were nice and crispy and I wanted to keep eating more! The cornbread is yummy but tasted more sweet and cake like than I’d like. They also are dog friendly so we could have our dog with us at the tables outside.

Amarillo catered our wedding of 175 people in Snohomish and I cannot recommend them enough. They were so helpful and responsive every step of the way, and the food itself was incredible! Their bartenders are also wonderful, as we used their team for both the catering and the bar. We received so many compliments on the food and the service, they’re definitely a great pick for any event.

So glad to find this place after enjoying the beautiful Duvall downtown. The baby back ribs were very tender and juicy but can use a little more flavor. Make sure you order Texas style with onions, pickles and toast. The pork belly burnt ends were very unique and delicious. We were very impressed by the crispiness of outside and tenderness of inside. The pork fat melted in our mouths. Highly recommend this wonderful BBQ place.

Amarillo is fantastic BBQ. Recently tried the bacon wrapped pulled pork Pig Poppers which are fantastic (especially with the horseradish white sauce). I’m a big fan of the brisket. Overall they take great care in their food and you won’t be disappointed. Even got two thumbs up from my Texas friend.

We are from the south and have had bbq all over the US. This is not all that. The brisket needed salt and was so overcooked it was mealy. The sauces were weird. Don’t know how to explain it. The okra was way over battered. And for what you get it is extremely pricey. There is no meat combo so everything is ala carte and by the pound. Have to say the pig poppers were the best thing we had but the ranch didn’t taste homemade. Can’t say I recommend this place.
Also after reading the response from the owner I think 2 stars was too many. I now understand why the food was not good. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Alright y’all. I’m from Texas. Amarillo specifically. So’s my wife. When we saw this “Amarillo BBQ” spot 30min from our house, we clicked our spurs together, saddled up, and rode out!
Let me tell you, some of the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had (and I run my own pit). Same for my wife. Brisket is REALLY hard to do right, this was exceptional and made my jaw hit the floor. Sausage was great, turkey always the “sleeper” meat at a good BBQ place, and pulled pork was awesome. Fried okra the best we’ve ever had, cornbread was yellow cakey goodness from the gods, and their house BBQ sauces had me running around the place looking for bottles to buy. And they had Shiner on tap! Made my Texas heart sing
Do yourself a favor, run (don’t walk) here, and get it Texas style so you can enjoy this exceptional spot the way the Lord intended (with pickles, onions, and crappy white bread for soaking up sauce and drippings)!
Oh, and save room for the banana pudding.
