Been to this chipotle a handful of times and finally would love to say that the management is terrible(seems like they have an attitude All the time) she can use more training sessions! I would also like to point out a couple of the employees i see on a day to day basis…i see the same young man back cooking most of the time around 5-6 o’clock when I stop in I would like to point out his cleanliness 2/10! Cooking area is always a disaster, rice is hard and food is cold!! Have been 1 or 2 times ive heard him complain and cry when something is out!(that’s his job find a new one if you don’t like it) There’s a colored hair lady…very nice and welcoming ! But Very very childish and can use better training as well. Theres 2 other younger men that ive noticed a handful of times ive come in very respectful and welcoming… and always giving good potions despite being told to lighten potion sizes when I was there one time!!!

Order for two. One burrito, one bowl, chips n queso $30.. burrito was good no major complaints (could have been a little larger). Bowl was MAYBE half full if that.. chips tasted old until we realized they were soaked in so much lime juice they lost the crunch and taste. The queso had zero flavor, no spice and was grained and more on the gravy side. 0/10 recommend. Inside was very messy and dirty. Food laying all over. Tables and floor were not maintained. Will drive to Rochester or find a Qdoba over this location.

What a great experience. Ordered my burrito for ASAP. Arrived 10 minutes later to the drive up window. The gal was super friendly and had awesome customer service! The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the new honey chicken. I will definitely be back for some more sometime. Thanks for the yummy food and awesome customer service. You made my afternoon.

We semi frequent this location as its close to home and we love Chipotle! However, the last 3 times we have stopped the brown rice is under cooked and hard. Last time we got it to go and the chips were soggy. We have been there 4-5 times 7-8pm and there are no chips at all. Every time we have ate inside every table has been dirty, the pop area is gross, and the garbage overflowing. The chicken had a big chunk of cartilage or something in it. There were chunks of other foods mixed in their containers with food, example there were beans and lettuce in the sour cream which then ended up in our food.
When we were there last time, it took forever because the 3 people working were too busy talking and screwing around and worrying about their friend(possibly a coworker) that was getting food. We told the staff that they needed to clean the dining area up as all the tables were full of stuff. I understand when things get busy, etc, however, there is no excuse for every table to look like they havent been wiped down all day.
There was another group that was sitting behind us that had Taco Bell cups and kept refilling them and sitting back down, they didnt even look like they had anything from Chipotle at all. The music is far too loud in the lobby
Seems to be a lack of work ethic and/or management skills as we have yet to have a good experience at this location like we do at others when we have stopped.

As of today, this location is pretty new to Owatonna. The building was remodeled but seemed to be unfinished.
Coming into the building, I immediately noticed the entry door handle was broken on one of the doors and had to manuver around to get the door open.
While walking up to the order, the lobby and the kitchen area were very disorganized and lacking cleaning attention.
The young lady taking and making our order was very polite and curteous. The music in the lobby and the music being played in the kitchen was very, very loud, making it difficult to hear and for her to understand the requests.
I did see staff performing food quality and safety checks, and that was nice to see.
We got our food in a timely manner.
There was not a single table in the lobby that was clean for guests.
I went to get fountain drinks, the station was messy, and very low on supplies. All 4 alternate drinks were empty, and the floor was extremely sticky.
The food was very good and very large portions.
I will try this location again in the future when they are able to maintain the cleanliness of the building and update my review.

Slow service, we walked in and one of the workers said “walk up counter” or something like that, maybe hoping someone else would help us. Then the three workers continued to do what they were doing (wiping tables, prepping food, etc.) and look at each other waiting for someone to help us. Finally one asked if another was going to help us and they asked another to help us. Once we were finally helped the food was ok/didn’t seem very hot. Later that day we all got food poisoning and were vomiting.

I have been coming here consecutively for four days in a row every single day they are out of something and the manager Jacki Lopez Rena. Is complete trash they had no cheese limited meat and then when I asked if I could have queso and replacement, she got an attitude and Shook half the meat off of my plate so I got a 1/3 portion and was overcharged for something that I shouldn’t be charged for completely repulsive and disgusting. You’d be better at the Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Sorry was dirty and she had a way below professional attitude. Hints the less than 2.7 star reviews.

I witnessed who I assume was a manager taking food temps. As he was doing so, he would go from one bin to another without wiping/sanitizing the probe before placing it in another item. Im pretty sure he’s not Serv Safe certified as that is a simple thing they teach in the course. Also how you accidentally kill people with certain food allergies based on recipes. Could definitely use more training and portion sizing could be a bit better.

I’m always wary when ordering extra portions because sometimes you just don’t get enough, but this restaurant was on point! The rice was flavorful, didn’t have any fatty pieces of meat, guacamole wasn’t overly chunky. They followed my order exactly as ordered and picking up was quick and easy too.

I know there’s alot of bad reviews for this location but my experience and food was perfect! I did the online only deal that i had seen advertised on tv feeds 4 to 6 people. Placed the order about one hour before I needed it with no issues. Had a few add ons which were there and correct. A young lady (probably the manger-very polite!) caught my attention as I walked up to the pickup station which was empty at the time cause she had my order separately to the side behind the counter. Was worried about my multiple bag order getting taken or confused with the single ones or just disappearing so that I appreciated greatly. Was 5 to 6 other people in line all getting the orders taken by employees. No sign of unhappy costumers and neither was I! Food was all correct and well prepared when I got home to start serving it up….they even separately bag hot and cold items! Won’t have any hesitation going back anytime.
