I ordered two extra-large pizzas for a party and went to pick them up. The receptionists were clueless and couldn’t even look up my order. The manager finally came and found it. When I checked the pizzas, one wasn’t cut the way I ordered (square cut). The manager didn’t apologize at all and said it would take another 20 minutes to remake it—by then the game had already started, and I still had a 30-minute drive. When I explained this, he didn’t seem to care. The meat pizza also wasn’t good—you could barely see any pepperoni, and the kids were not happy.

I placed an order for pizza 25 minutes ago, and just as I was expecting it to arrive, they called only to inform me that the order had been canceled. They said they were “too busy” and only managed to let me know after 25 minutes.
No apology.
No sign of regret.
Nothing.
This experience clearly shows how little they value their customers and how poorly they handle their business. If this is how they treat orders, it says everything about the quality of their service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ordered gluten free pizza for my son and the staff was very polite and even gave us discount! Pizza was ready in less than 10mins (gluten free pizza is usually just small size) and my son devoured it! Lol. Thank you

I shouldn’t have to pay for extra cheese to have my pizza covered completely in cheese to the crust’s edge. Same with the “cheese” bread. If I wanted extra bread sticks, I would’ve just ordered that. This was so disappointing after spending $30 on delivery today!! Good news was the delivery driver got here in 20 min vs the quoted 45 min-1 hour.

Tried ordering a pizza from here. Pizza never showed up, called multiple times kept being transferred to a number that immediately hangs up. Staff is extremely rude. Disrespectful had no care for my problem ended up not getting the pizza at all and they refused to give me a refund.

Just ordered 4 pizzas for a pizza party and it was the worse pizza I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know what happened it was dry not even warm at all not cheesy like WTH. I am to say the least disappointed in this establishment I thought they had some of the better pizza for a fast food restaurant. They definitely have to do better. Just horrible Pizza

This is a 5 star rating as Papa John’s goes. The food was ordered through Uber Eats for pick-up b/c they’re gotten the orders wrong before. We ordered 4 small pizzas. Each were full with toppings.
Outside of the order coming up with just the first letter of the band instead of the full name it was a fast, convenient to-go experience.
There are no tables to dine-in (I think most papa John’s they are takeout or delivery).
Staff were busy yet friendly (I don’t need a long conversation to just grab my pizza though).
I took off a star for service because we’ve had mistaken orders in the past where the pizza delivered or picked up was incorrect. I was at a Pizza Hut about a month ago for takeout and they showed me each pizza to confirm accuracy. An extra 60 seconds but definitely worth the wait to make sure it’s the pizza we want.

I see so many bad reviews and I’m wondering if these people are ordering from the same place I order from. I’ve had good quality and service from this location, consistently. My pizza is always well-prepared and fresh. Maybe it’s my relatively close location to the store. It’s not sit-down independent pizzeria quality, but it’s pretty good for delivery. It’s my go-to for pizza delivery in Sugar Land. It’s also open late.
