The service at Brew 52 is usually pretty bad, unwelcoming, and slow, but today hit a new record. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged by any staff member. The store was slow with only 2 costumers that had already been helped. After the cashier took our order, who seemed very annoyed and unpleasant to engage with, we waited about 45 minutes until someone asked if we were waiting on something. I kindly reminded them that we had ordered a gluten free pizza melt, and a grilled cheese. They had completely forgot and didnt make it- again 2 customers in the store. About 5 minutes later they bring out 2 grilled cheese (the incorrect order). I asked the worker if it was a pizza melt and she replied “oh my god girl you have to be kidding me”, took the sandwich and walked away. Seconds later we realized the grilled cheese was completely un melted. I went to the counter and asked for our money back. The staff replied she was heating up the pepperoni (to put on the wrong grilled cheese, which would have still been made incorrectly. I again asked for a refund, the staff ripped the sandwich from my hands, aggressively through it in the garbage and stormed into the back room without saying anything. Over all it took over an hour to leave without any food, and a horrible experience.

Loved the quiet atmosphere (at least when I was there around 4:30 pm). Great place to read, chat, or study. I really enjoyed the strawberry boba lemonade too! I will definitely be back!

Second time here. I asked for another London Fog. This time I had them leave the tea bag in, so that it could steep longer, and make it more flavorful. It was perfect! Glad that I came back.
Had a cinnamon scone. I don’t think they were fresh, it was a little more moist than I am used to (I find dryer scones to be a better match with a hot beverage), but it was good. I would stop by again.

First time here. Really nice layout and seating. Lots of light and spacious. It wasn’t very busy, with several others people at tables. Got plenty of smiles and greetings from the staff.
Ordered a couple of drinks and a carrot muffin. The London Fog was good, but could have been a little more intense (consider leaving the tea bag in cup for longer steeping?). The Carrot Muffin was good, but the frosting was a bit greasy tasting.
Nice place. But not top of list for coffee shops.

Great place to study, quiet music and great coffee selection. They also have a couch and lots of chairs throughout. Also seems faith based with a prayer request bin and Christian music playing.

I am trying so hard to love this place but it seems every time I go, something is off. Often the staff seem annoyed to have to take orders, I got lucky today and had a fairly friendly barista. I decided to try the soup along with a pumpkin chip muffin. The bread I got with the soup was incredibly hard, I couldn’t chew it nor could I rip it into pieces. I ended up throwing it away entirely. I also received the wrong muffin but didn’t realize until I had already left. Non-coffee drinks are very sweet but I’ve learned to just adjust my order for that, everyone has different preferences so not a huge concern. Such a cool menu and cafe, I just wish it was ran a little better. I always feel like an inconvenience when I order and food is often not up to standards 🙁
I also just got a punch card for the first time despite having been here 4-5 times now in the past couple years. I had to specifically request it and the barista didn’t seem pleased when I asked the promos hosted are really cool but don’t seem to be enforced at all unless you specifically ask. It seems like it might be mainly younger staff that don’t quite care about the job.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great menu options. I had a blueberry muffin for the first time today and it was definitely at the top of my list for flavor, size, and value. I highly recommend stopping by to see and taste for yourself.

The Brewster Breakfast Sandwhich is a must try, but everything on the menu is amazing! Also best muffins around. I stop every time I am in the area. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food.

I have been coming to brew 52 for a long time. I keep trying to love this place but the customers service is always terrible. Everytime I go in I stand in front of the register for 5-10mins with zero acknowledgement. Once I am finally greeted they person behind the counter always seems to be annoyed to be taking more order.

The food and coffee is really good. A very nice place to meet up with a friend or client for coffee. They usually seem understaffed and so the drive thru can take longer than one would like. All in all, definitely worth trying out for yourself. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The service is slow and the workers are rude. They often get your order wrong. Mostly just completely forget to make something for you that you ordered and paid for. They give me my kids bakery in a box that isnt even closed and is half collapsed. They don’t accept checks. I’ve been here a number of times and have been disappointed every time. Skip this place.
