Ordered five tacos. Added only the green hot salsa
1 migas, Probably won’t order this one again.
1 chroizo+egg, Visually not a lot of chorizo but flavor was amazing.
1 ham+egg, amazing. By far the best.
1 potato+ egg, potato wasn’t the best
1 bean, egg, and cheese. Amazing flavor.
The egg and salsa was amazing in all of them, tortillas were ok. The meat was by far the best.

This is one of those places you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. This is my families favorite taqueria in New Braunfels. I don’t go here for the atmosphere .
It is family owned and everything is homemade and the family has always been great to us and recognize us when we call in our orders.
Some mention the size of the tacos are small, I don’t feel that way. I appreciate that they aren’t stuffed to the max!
The breakfast tacos are great, the chicken fajita are awesome and my favorite is the barbacoa! They also have platters, but I enjoy the tacos to much to not get them.
Go get some!!

I had 4 mini tacos and two gorditas with a varity of meats in them. If I had known that their asada was that good, I would have ordered all asada. Their asada has great flavor and was still tender. The woman taking orders was nice and happily gave me recommendations on their menu. I’ve eaten tacos in every state in the country, this gringo knows tacos. This place is great and I will be stopping here more often. Great job Taco Rico.

Never got my food. Ordered my food and paid waited about 20min and didn’t hear my order being called out despite seeing the people before me and after me getting their food. Went up to the window the lady kept shoving me away so she can give out other orders. After waiting in line for another 10 min she finally asked what she can help with. I asked for my food and she didn’t have it. She checked all her previous orders and wasn’t even on her list. She forgot my order completely.
Today I get to go all day with out lunch due to a lack luster system they have. Aside from not getting my food being pushed aside does not sit well with me. The food might be good (from other reviews) but the customer service lacks. This will be my first and last time trying this place due to poor customer service.

By Far the best breakfast tacos in the area! All real authentic food! Non of that powder eggs or fake food! You can taste the homemade flavor and love for the food! The salsas were incredible! This will be my new taco spot forsure!

Yummy tacos with super friendly staff! It’s next to a large truck wash so felt a little univiting and confusing where to park. But give this place a try! Tortillas were warmed on flat top with ever so slight char spots, melty cheese, and good flavor all around.

This place is not huge dimension, wise, however, this place is huge in flavor and authenticity. If you want the most exquisite and most delicious tacos and Gorditas in America, this is your place. The freshest ingredients are used. The meat is seasoned to perfection without an over salty or over greasy feel. The vegetables are fresh. Everything is made to order. The staff is simply wonderful! You can get two freshly made fresh for six dollars. You get much more bang for the buck. If you live anywhere near New Braunfels, or if you’re just passing through to go to Austin or San Antonio, this place is right off of 35 very small location, but like I said, it is big in flavor! This should be a true bucket list place to visit.

Super friendly service and amazing food. I found this place just driving by and I stopped by this morning for a couple of breakfast tacos. The service was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious and freshly made to order. The prices are great as well. I will be back next time I am in town!

Menu is simple, but has nice choices. The place is simple, outdoor eating only, so keep that in mind.
They do take CC as well as cash.
Ordered the gorditas asada, and was not disappointed at all. Great flavor, nice crispness and their salsas are pretty good as well.
