In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. We are new to the area and was mailed a coupon to try out the pizza. I didn’t read the coupon well enough and invalidated the coupon. It was completely my mistake and was ready to pay full price for the pizza. The staff member who helped me said it was an honest mistake and gave me the coupon price and told me how to use it for next time. He went above and beyond when he had every right not to. Premium service and premium pizza, I’ll certainly be back for more, coupon or not.

Overall I am a big fan of jets pizza but this place can never get an order right. I’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions & 85% of the time the order is wrong or the pizza, bread & or wings are under cooked.

We usually order from this location and have amazing experiences but tonight was unacceptable. We placed an order at 5:30 and it was delivered at 7:15. Our pizza was cold. Our salad wasn’t delivered with our pizza. Our order was supposed to be delivered at 6:04. We called at 6:40 and were told they’d leave in 10 min. We called, they offered to remake the pizza after already waiting 2 hours.

The crust on my pizza was so overcooked it was like biting into a rock. The staff member or manager who I spoke with told me that’s just how it is and would do nothing to help the situation. Choose another place for pizza.

Every time we have purchased pizza from this Jets location, it has been nasty. (Wrong order, order not even started when it was time for pick-up, burned pizza, etc.) This time we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with extra sauce and they dumped half the bottle of BBQ sauce on it. $20 pizza and not even edible! Last time ever going here. Will drive out of my way to the good Jets at 26 & Romeo Plank.
