Bagels have always mattered to me. Growing up, a blueberry bagel sandwich on the weekend was routine, dependable, and non-negotiable.

Brooklyn Bagel understands that kind of loyalty. The space is welcoming, parking is easy, and the bagels are the real thing. I stick with a blueberry bagel, bacon, egg, and cheese. My wife leans toward the jalapeño cheddar sausage and cheese. Both deliver.

The bagels are soft and clearly fresh. The eggs and bacon are cooked the way they should be, which is harder to find than it should be. No fuss, no shortcuts.

If bagels matter to you, Brooklyn Bagel is worth the stop.

We got the Williamsburg and bacon/egg/cheese, both on egg everything bagels. Absolutely delicious! Went Saturday Mid morning. Even though it was busy, they turned all the orders around quickly. Definitely going back.

6/10 Bagel, 7.50$. I got an onion bagel with egg and cheese with added garlic and chive cream cheese. The bagel itself was good, but the onions were a bit dark leaving a bitter taste in the mouth. The cream cheese was a 10/10, I wish I had some more. There was no option for veggies other than the avocado toast specialty, but tons of you eat meat. I think if you ate meat you would enjoy this place a lot more.

We placed a to go order of bacon egg and cheese on asiago bagel with cream cheese. We also ordered blueberry bagel with honey mango cranberry cream cheese. Bagel was warm and that perfect texture. Will definitely go back and try other things.

It was good but not the best I’ve ever had. Got the williamsburg and a double bacon egg and cheese, plain bagel with garlic and chive cc. Good but didn’t feel cohesive. Felt in could make it at home. The lox was super sweet which i didn’t like. And the lox color was kinda brown

check this place out. It’s for sure on par with bagel places I’ve been to in NYC. The lox bagel was super fresh tasting. I had it on a garlic to give it a bit more savory notes. My wife had the bacon egg and cheese on plain and wow! It was soft, chewy, and melty cheesy decadence. I’m still thinking about it!

As ex-nor’easters we are very picky about our bagels (especially our 6 year old) and we have tried almost all of the bagel stores around Dallas in our search for the bagels from home. Our 6 yr old expert always gets plain cream cheese on a plain bagel so she knows which place has the best plain bagels for her taste.

As such we are just thrilled that Brooklyn Bagel opened here in north Texas! The owner is a second generation bagel expert and it shows. Daily baked (multiple times a day I heard) fresh bagels from scratch are just unbeatable. Their egg sandwiches are amazing as they must cook the eggs differently. I expect that there will be soon lines out the door as it is already quite busy it seems like. The ambience is also just like home and we love hanging out here reading books and checking emails.

These bagels were so good! We got the Ham, egg, and cheese with avocado on an Asiago bagel and a park slope with plain cream cheese on an everything bagel.
The bagels were cooked to perfection and they had a lot of toppings to choose from. If you are looking for a great bagel shop this is the place to go!

If you’re looking for the bagel holy grail, Brooklyn Bagels is where your carb pilgrimage ends. These are proper New York style bagels chewy on the inside, with that slight outer crisp that practically winks at you before you take a bite. They’re not messing around here.

Brooklyn Bagels is not stingy with the toppings; They don’t just spread cream cheese; they architect it. I went with veggie cream cheese, because the dill cream cheese has this odd sweet thing going on. I’m all for a twist, but dill and dessert shouldn’t hang out.

Now, the star of the show in my opinion is the Williamsburg. It’s not just a bagel sandwich it’s a whole lifestyle. Smoked salmon, tomatoes, red onions, capers, cucumber, and even avocado (surprise!) all piled high on a fresh plain bagel.( I opted for plain, but you can choose any flavor that suits you) It’s basically a brunch board doing cosplay as a bagel. And it works.

The staff are friendly, fast, and somehow always know exactly how to pronounce your name when they call your order, miraculous. The dining area is clean, inviting, and won’t make you feel weird about sitting alone with three bagels “for later.” They’ve got plenty of drink options too, including coffee to make your food coma productive. And for the snackers among us, they also sell chips and their own bagel chips, which are dangerously addictive.

In short, Brooklyn Bagels is what every bagel shop wants to be when it grows up. Quick service, fresh food, and a chill vibe. I highly recommend any bagel lover to try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

The bagel game has heated up in this area, but this is where it’s at! Best bagel in town hands down, and you won’t find a vibe and atmosphere like this anywhere else. The bagels are as fresh as they come. The cream cheese options were wonderful. The honey mango cran CC had generous chunks of mango in it and was delightful. Everyone was super friendly. The decor and vibe are wonderful too. Hurry! Check this place out!
