After a long day of hiking, this is the best spot in town that’s limited for dinner options. I had buffalo wings with fries and a PBR. The wings and the fries were fresh and crispy.

We went here last summer but still felt Kips deserved a late review. A local farmer at the lodge recommended it as he loved seeing locals and travelers conversing over beer and pizza. He was right. The outside appearance is deceiving but really is unpretentious and staff was super nice and down to earth. Pizza was really tasty and they had a nice selection of beers. Capper was seeing families , young folk and old enjoying themselves- conversing. Thanks to the local farmer – we have this to look back on.

If I could give 0, I would. We ordered a single pizza (just standard menu item, nothing complicated), and it took us 1h15min+ to get it. We politely asked when we could get it after about 45min wait and were told that “it is coming”; we asked again after about 1h and were told “in a couple of minutes”. Only until we requested canceling the order cuz we didn’t think they even started to work on it did we receive our item. The whole experience was just terrible. Just avoid this restaurant if you want to have a normal dining experience.

Passed by this spot while out looking for some place that sold firewood. It was late at night and end of season, so no surprise that the bar was not fully stocked. Still, you could tell that this place is fun during peak season. The cider I had was very good, but I wouldn’t call this place a beer garden. If ever back in Glacier, during the summer, I would definitely go back and give this place another try.

We waited over an hour just to get a simple pizza, and when we asked politely about the delay, the server snapped back saying, “I don’t know how much time it will take, I’m not the one baking the pizza.”
That kind of rude attitude on top of such a long wait was beyond disappointing. On top of that, she told us that the chef burnt our pizza. So not recommended!

A fun bar to hand out and enjoy a restful evening after a day of hiking. The same owner as the next-door Cantina taco and burrito place so you can bring food and drinks back and forth.

Has a rave once every year. Music, black lights, lazers, fog machines and my favorite glow in the dark bubbles. It’s one of my favorite places. It is hard to find when the rave is at times. Liking them on Facebook and keeping a eye out they will post online.

It’s good stop in the area. A small place with a great outdoor space. Beer is good. Prices are what they are for the area. $20 for a 12″ pizza.

The rustic/weathered atmosphere is well compensated for by Anna’s super kind and welcoming service. The fries were great. And the beer was cold and yummy.
