I personally love this subway, we are regulars here and we come pretty often! The people who work there are always funny and kind, and sort of expect us when we come around. I love coming here, my roommate gets twice a week subway cravings so that’s what draws us here so often, consistent and good food, and great service! 🙂

They can never get a simple order correct. We decided to give them another chance, one of the sandwiches was so simple. Just turkey & ham with mayo, leytuce, tomato, mayo & a little onion. The sandwich came covered in mustard, no mayo, no tomatoes, no lettuce. Is it really that hard? We won’t be back.

I have visited this subway quite Couple of times. The sub sandwich is not much tastier than I have expected because of the freshness of bread and the sub making style. Staff is attentive and customer friendly. This SUBWAY is located at Downtown -Helena which usually very busy at lunch times as many offices are around this subway. The subway is maintaining neat and hygienic way. They need to work to improve the taste.
I mean to say it is still good but need little Or more improvement.

Went through the drive through and when I put my card into the machine, I pressed no tip. The employee got visibly annoyed and slammed the window shut once I took my card back. When she gave me my food she didn’t say a word to me slammed the window shut once again. Filled up my large soda about halfway and gave me the wrong bag of chips. Maybe I’m being dramatic here, but also looks like my bread was smashed sideways.

I am a regular at this subway and today I was just so disappointed. My fiancé ordered a pickup order and I was very excited. The sandwich made me sick. They forgot to toast my sandwich and gave me the wrong cheese and the cheese they gave me was stiff and bitter. It tasted completely expired. I’m pretty upset about it.

I go here quite a bit & was pretty disappointed about our experience tonight. I felt bad for the kid working, he was definitely trying his best but didn’t seem prepared to work on his own. We waited for our food for 30-40 minutes after already paying. Then when he brought out our food he said he forgot to charge us for the fountain drinks & sides we ordered so we gave him our card again. Our fountain drinks were both water & we got one cookie as the side. Just frustrating…

I visited subway earlier today and ordered sandwiches for me and my 4 children. And the two employees I talked to were some of the nicest people I’ve talked to. Their names were Coen and Mason. Coen made my sandwiches with the perfect ratios and it tasted amazing and Mason was so friendly and one of the nicest young man’s I’ve ever met

I had a quality experience at this Subway location. The staff was super friendly. Nobody had a crumby attitude. Nobody gave me crusty looks. The vibe is fresh, not stale. They should make a lot of dough. Well, I guess they do. Seriously, I really enjoyed my visit. The store is clean. I appreciate the positive energy. I ordered the toasted tuna melt, light on the tuna. It was made better than Mike’s way. Tell the manager that her sandwiches are better than Jimmy’s and John’s.
