We love Chic-Fil-A and have eaten at dozens across the country. This was our 3rd in 3 days on this trip. I’d have to rank this among the bad ones we have encountered. After we ordered we had a hard time finding a table because so many were dirty. Trash and food crumbs on them. The floor was dirty as well. This was at 6pm on a Saturday and hardly anyone else there.
My wife ordered tenders and they weren’t hot, barely warm. She took them back to the counter and was able to trade them for nuggets and those hadn’t been breaded very well. She should have received a refund but I guess there was no manager around to do that.
I had chicken tortilla soup which was way too thick. Also had a regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich and it was fine.
I’m surmising this is a poorly managed location. I’d recommend trying a different location.

I have been lenient with not writing a harsh review but this was the last straw for me! My first experience, I went through the drive thru and that took approximately fifteen to twenty minutes to order and receive my food. I ordered an egg white biscuit meal with an orange juice. Once I got my food, I noticed a string of red hair on my biscuit. I immediately went inside to show the manager. They apologized and gave me a couple of free entree cards that doesn’t necessarily have anything on it that I eat but at least they tried to mend their mess up. The second time, I went through the drive thru again…but this time it was about five minutes in and out. I ordered an egg white biscuit double the egg white (nothing else). I received an egg white grill with chicken and cheese. It smelled so bad! Before I drove off, I returned it. They apologized and brought me an egg biscuit (not an egg white biscuit). Still patient, I waited because I was hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere else. Plus, I was headed to work! I figured, third time is a charm…They brought me an egg white on a muffin. It seemed unreal! How can that be so hard? One egg white biscuit double the egg! (Nothing else). I requested a refund. Turns out, the individual actually charged me for a biscuit. I didn’t notice it until I saw my statement. (A few days later) I let it go…$2 it’s all good! This recent experience is why I’m informing others of this buffoonery! Please, consider meal prepping your own food to avoid fast food madness!!! You’ll save time, money and unnecessary energy wasted. To whom it may concern: with heartfelt gratitude and utmost love.

The location on Vaughn road is a disaster. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The drive thru is built so when the cars pile in, you cannot leave. You are trapped in a traffic of cars ALL waiting for their order. The manager that took my order never mentioned the low staff prior to taking the order. Had he mentioned it, I would have left and avoided this whole situation. When I finally got up to the door to receive my food, I said “a drive thru should not take 30 minutes.” The black manager (only mentioning this to specify exactly who the person was because I didn’t get a name) snapped at me telling me that my money was no good there and told me to leave. You can pull up the video surveillance, I did not curse, I did not make a scene. TLDR: I waited 30 minutes in a drive thru only to be rejected service/food for making a comment on having to wait 30 minutes. I used to work in the Chik-fil-A growing up at the East chase location and I cannot understand how a manager can be so rude to the customers after having them wait for 30 minutes as if it’s the customer’s fault. Absolutely disgusting place and honestly sad for the Chik-fil-A image.

Clean. Play place for the kids. Good food. Some of the staff was fairly new and still learning, but after we got through the ordering line the food was served promptly.

Is all Chick-fil-A’s this one is no different. It is one of the good ones. Very fast and very fresh food. The inside is real clean, the stuff is wonderful and keep it up wonderfully A+

Came for a mobile order, told me they didn’t have any lettuce or tomatoes for my grilled sandwich, i also ordered a nugget meal. fries were cold as ice and stale, nuggets were lukewarm. so disappointed in you chickfila!!

Sigh. I really try not to leave negative reviews, but this location has been disappointing on multiple visits. I sat in the drive- thru for over 10 minutes and the poor lady behind me had to wait right along with me after she had already received her order. What’s the point in having the Mobile Express if you’re going to serve at tortoise speed? Someone needs to retrain the staff on their drive thru response time. The guy fixing the orders bagged so many orders while making me wait that he could barely carry them all out. I have never seen a Chic- Fila server do that. I understand he may have been trying to be efficient, but my time is valuable. Mind you this during breakfast, so a lot of people like myself are in their way to work. If I could have found a way to cancel the order in the app, I would have. I think it’s safe to say that I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.

I have been frequenting this location since it’s opening, and I am impressed every time! I once had a large mobile through order that was to be picked up by me from a friend get messed up, and they fixed it in a heartbeat. The general manager was apologetic And focused on customer service and got it fixed quickly. The only downside is the line does not have a great place to lineup, but I just tried to avoid busy hours.
