Horrible service and food. The two employees, a man and a woman, were extremely aggressive toward my dad and sister. When my older sister asked for more vegetables on her sandwich, the man deliberately made it sloppy. When she requested a new sandwich because the one he made was a mess, both the man and the woman rudely told her to just eat it with a fork.
When my dad asked for a refund, the two started speaking to them in an aggressive and disrespectful tone. The woman walked away to clean something and began speaking in Punjabi. I understand some Punjabi because I speak Hindi, and I caught her using rude names and a derogatory term aimed at Hindus. I find this behavior appalling, especially from people working in customer service.
To make matters worse, when my sister mentioned contacting corporate and took a photo of them for documentation, the man called the police on us. Since it was a public space, we assumed taking a photo would be fine, but apparently not for him. Honestly, I’m not surprised their reviews are terrible.

Poor quality of food. And horrible customer service Both were rude. Tomatoes were bad and they dnt want to change them. Just throw them away if you dnt have more . Why you having those there. We spend $100 but it just waste of money there. Will never come there again.

This is a typical Subway shop
No surprise that is typical, but it on the Main Street so it is very much a bit busy at times. They are set up to do crowds so there is often no waiting.

We came here and it took 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches because the man and teenage dude was taking so long and kept putting things on my sandwich I never asked for and also tried charging us for the sandwichs they kept messing up, poor food quality, very rude and inpatient and kept giving us dirty looks

Worst Subway I’ve been to in my life. The service was horrible. The person serving was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me pick my items in peace. Would never recommend coming here even if you are dead hungry. The people there are horrible and rude.

The food is great, service is unacceptable. I asked to see where the lids were, and he rolled his eyes and then started talking to his coworker. I waited 3 minutes for him to stop talking, and then I just left without a lid. He didn’t even glance over once. My mom also ordered a sub with spinach, and they gave her cucumbers. Will not be coming back.

September 1st 2024. My gal friend and our kids came here to eat lunch and the lettuce was brown and slimy looking. My daughter ordered a kids meal and she got a ham sandwich with pickles and olives and she LOVES both of those and said they tasted really bad. And my daughter said the apple sauce tasted gross as well. And then my friends daughter also said the apple sauce tasted bad. I don’t usually write reviews but the lettuce part just grossed me out and people can get sick off of bad lettuce.
