Papa John’s staff s very courteous.Even when they’re busy, a customer will receive great tasting food from the variety of choices on the menu. Pizzas have just the right amount of ingredients every time I’ve eaten a pie from this parkour! I don’t the need to add extra anything, even cheese! Which the competition (?) I always ask for extra cheese or else the pies haven’t enough on them to satisfy my pizza craving. Papa John’s have plenty to satisfy my cheese desire while saving my wallet the additional charge for cheese. All these great things are prepared and are handed or delivered to each customer with pleasant customer service!

Two lazy women employee working on today evening time …I came here to pick up DoorDash order and I’ve been waiting here for more than 20+ minutes. The order is not ready, but when she (young lady)brought it later, she didn’t give my customer six pieces + six pieces total 12 pieces of chicken wings, she said here is everything….but later when I ask for wings than she said “oh you know you are right “”than I saw my wings is ready on shelf but she waited me more 5-6 min…vary bad service

Very kind staff, accomodative with the polite approach, Diego & Juan not only are great store associates, they reflect what every Papa John’s Pizzeria should reflect where they’re never afraid to help meet the customer’s expectations, engage in conversation being themselves around others/everyone, & display a can do attitude knowing that they’ll always make a difference even if its the smallest order. They have the biggest hearts in the entirety of the San Fernando Valley as I personally commend them for going above & beyond, from what seems as a simple carryout order, is a spark of friendship, mutualism, support, & benefit. Bless their hearts. ❤️

Our delivery guy was Edwin and he’s a great example of how customer service should be provided! Awesome guy,very friendly and always on time! Called and spoke with manager Eduardo which was also very friendly and had a great attitude to let him know about our experience! Love this Papa John’s!

This store ALWAYS givese problems. Everytime! They always have something wrong. They never answer the phone so I can know ahead of time if “their over in working”. They always cancel my order because “they are having technical difficulties”. It’s so frustrating because they sure do take payments REALLY FAST but then when you place the order and they call you and say they cannot complete the order it takes days to get a refund. It’s just soooooo FRUSTRATING!!

I’ve been purchasing Papa John’s pizzas from this location for the last 9 months or so, trying a variety of pizzas, wings and desserts. My experiences have all been 5 star, delivery is within 30 minutes (less than quoted) the drivers were wearing masks each time. I received and used a 25% coupon that was emailed to me and have accumulated Papa Rewards which is a nice bonus. The food is excellent; fresh, delicious and the pizzas can be customized (I like extra sauce on mine). This is good stuff!

I am quite satisfied with my dealings with this particular location. I usually phone in and pay for my order in advance prior to pick up. They haven’t messed up any my orders yet and have been always courteous over the phone in person. They do have a one customer in the store policy due to COVID-19 restrictions but I have yet to wait a long time to receive my order. Their pizza is standard Papa John’s fare. I will plan to use them again as their prices are reasonable enough.

the staff were polite and helpful however it does not excuse the poor quality of the food. The prices have not been updated. The sign inside Papa John’s states an extra-large Pizza is $13 when it is now over $20. . I asked well done on my pizza, it was soggy like it was put in the microwave. I ordered garlic parmesan breadsticks. There was hardly any garlic parmesan at all it looks like it was just sprinkled with the salt shaker. Most definitely be the last time I go to any Papa John’s, especially this location. If you got one close by you go to Costco and get their Pizza $10. Their quality is still better Papa John’s.

I ordered jalapeno cheese bite . I couldn’t find any cheese just uncooked doe and jalapeno . I also, ordered bone- in chicken and requested my chicken well -done which wasn’t and didn’t didn’t give me additional sauce I requested. I spoke to the manager prior to my order so everything would be correct. So I just wasted my money on a meal I couldn’t consume then they didn’t answer the phone ..they would pick up and hang up
