Hate going to a place where there were six things on the menu that I strongly considered….but the burger I decided on was so good I’ll want to just do it again instead of trying something else! But that’s the way it goes!

Nice place good selection of beers. Food was good and great service. Appetizers, Fried pickles good but the BBQ Nachos with the beef brisket outstanding.

Except for the steaks, prices are good. They have a short menu, but the variety is impressive. Duck wontons, Salmon steaks, pumpkin deserts, etc.
They have a full bar and plenty of beers on tap. They let me sample some to find the one that I wanted.
I ordered the pork chop with mashed red potatoes and mixed vegetables. The flavor of everything was great. They put a chutney sauce on the pork and it added a sweet embellishment to the meal. The major problem I had was that the pork was extremely dry. Also, my friend ordered the burger with cheese sauce and he ordered his burger medium well; they cooked it medium rare.
They do offer a happy hour (5-6) and they have a military discount.

Great atmosphere, cool history, awesome service, really good beers on tap, and both the meals we tried (brisket sandwich and chicken sandwich) were out of this world. We came in hoping to find something passable since there are only a few options in the area, and left highly impressed and sad we weren’t in town long enough to go back. Definitely recommend!

Perfect hole in the wall steakhouse. Did not have any drinks. But the food was great the service was amazing I like the hours you can see it’s a good thing because you don’t have those servers that are grumpy working doubles like other places. I ordered a ribeye cooked perfect how I wanted it waitress keep a good service from the start. Will be coming back. Perfect for out of town workers trying to get a great meal

Service and atmosphere was very good, however I was served a NY Strip that was 50% fat and gristle. The manager came to the table and said it’s that way with every NY Strip (nonsense). She said the best she could do is take 10% off the steak ($3). She never apologize and just did everything she could do to blame me for attempting to eat the good half.

Windy Peaks Steakhouse had great ambiance went there after work one day. Ordered a rib eye and it was cooked perfectly medium with great seasoning. The potato came loaded and was perfect. My disappointment and why the 4 stars is the broccoli was mush. Way over cooked. Recommend the place anyway.

They have a beer menu on the tv screen and also physical menus. The sampler of 4x4oz pours allows you to really figure out what’s good before you commit to one. We were pleasantly surprised by such a hip spot in a small town.

Stopped by with my brothers as we were passing through town. The steak, ribs, burger, and pork rind nachos were all awesome! Not sure we’ll ever be in this area again, but we will be back if that’s the case! Great service too!
