Got a 6″ meal and was charged $16. When I asked if that was correct I was told that it was. When I looked at the receipt it shows two drinks charged, the sandwich and $3.30 for the meal deal.
Do better. I won’t ever go to another subway because of this mistake and being lied to.

Ordered on the app tonight. Was supposed to have a wrap but got flatbread instead and it was dry. The other sandwich was supposed to have extra meat and this was missed. It seemed like it had less meat than the regular amount. The bread was dry as well. I called the restaurant and the employee I spoke with said “it wasn’t that bad”. Yeah. It was.

It’s been a great place to eat, up until tonight. There was a young teenage boy working, I asked for mayo on my sandwich, I swear half of the bottle had to have squirted out in the first bite of my sandwich. I had to take a large table spoon and scrape the mayo off of my sandwhich. Then theres the other side of the sandwhich, with next to no mayo at all. To top this all off, he couldn’t say a single thing with a smile on his face or without attitude. And I’m being literal when I say every word that came from his mouth had attitude

I ordered on the app expecting to get my food in thirty minutes like the app said, never got it. I called and they said to come in and they’d give me the meal for free, so I went in and showed them my order and they wouldn’t give me the meal because “it’s door dash’s problem so contact them”
I contacted door dash and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t have my money, or my food. I went back to Subway and told them, and they did absolutely nothing, and told me they couldn’t help me… I’ve contacted Subway headquarters twice about this and have heard nothing (it’s been over a month) A good restaurant would make me the food I payed for… This place is a joke

Their sandwiches the past 2 times were not as good as they used to be. Understand that Manager who had been there for many years was fired and since then Food quality has decreased. They need someone to make sure the younger employees do their job right like he did!!! I will not go back to the Glenwood Subway until I hear good reports. Many other regular customers have complained.
