Had dinner at B‑Doe’s tonight and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment the food hit the table, it was clear why this place has such strong ratings.
I ordered the flounder, and it was outstanding—perfectly cooked, fresh, flavorful, and done right. You can tell there’s real care behind the food here.
Everything about the experience felt solid and well-executed. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Highly recommend B-Doe’s—they’ve earned every bit of their great reputation. ️

Bussin! Flavor jumpin out the box, customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Dining area is on the smaller side but not cramped. You can easily seat yourself and a few friends. Restaurant was clean inside and out and my order was ready in good timing. I’ll definitely be returning! I got the chicken bowl with fried rice and was not disappointed. The sauce they put on top is incredible. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and pop in at B-Doe’s!

This is the second time my wife and I got take out from B Doe’s. Both times the has been excellent. Ella has had the scallops plate both times and loves it. I’ve got the combo plates with oysters and scallops once and oysters and flounder this time. The scallops were outstanding, the oysters have been great each time and the flounder was delicious this time. We’ve gotten take out both times. Service is efficient and the people are very nice.

I placed a to go order here today. I was greeted with enthusiasm & a smiling face! I was told what the top dishes were! The food was cooked to order-but not a long wait! I was told about the rewards program! I felt like I was with family! The food was amazing! Especially the Cajun black eyed peas! I will be back for sure! Thank you for the amazing experience!

The atmosphere is comforting, hosts are nice & helpful, establishment is cleanly, & best of all the food. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics (bc it was that good). I had their Bowl option with mussels. Amazing! I also tried some of the salmon which tasted wonderful. I would drive an 1.5 to eat them again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! We were in the mood for seafood, so we did a quick google search and found this gem! Food is made to order, so it’s all fresh. Our food was incredible! Even though it was our first time, they just treated us like good friends. We will definitely be back soon!

Take the time to find this place tucked behind all the chain restaurants just off I-26 in Spartanburg. It’s a small, casual and friendly place with amazing seafood and homemade vegetables. The shrimp was as good as any I’ve had in Charleston and the staff (owner?) made sure that we felt right at home. My husband’s only complaint was that his catfish was a little too “fishy”!

I had visited this place three times already and I forgot to take a picture of the food the second time I was there but OMG!! That chicken Alfredo has me in a chokehold but that B-doe Bowl though chef’s kiss! Owners are so nice and I see how they treat the customers making sure they are satisfied! And to add, after visiting them the first time, they remembered me, so that was very nice! Definitely making this on my regular rotation!
