I went here about a couple weeks ago, and this place was amazing.
The tacos were so flavorful, and it was definitely a great atmosphere too. I didn’t have to wait long, possibly around 10-15 minutes for 3 tacos.

Today for Taco Tuesday we stopped by Authentic Taquería in Snellville. The establishment is somewhat small but very clean and uncluttered on the inside. They have two flat screens and a few tables for dining in. I ordered two tacos (Carnitas and Lengua) and a chicken tamale. My daughter ordered a chicken taco and flautas. Our food arrived quickly and remained at a good temp the 7min. it took us to drive home. Our tacos and my tamale were delicious. The tacos had plenty of well seasoned and flavorful meat, my chicken tamale had just the right amount of spice giving it a nice little kick. My daughter said the flautas were good as well. The service was good and the food was good. I’m happy to have this little gem so close to my home offering up good food.

I’ve driven by this place more times than I can count living in Snellville and never thought to stop in. I finally did — and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Iberia and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous; my son and I both ate and were completely full. Definitely worth trying if you’ve been passing it up like I was.

We had the nachos , a steak taco and chicken empanada and they were all EXTREMELY DELICIOUS like I’m talking about like Delicious I will absolutely be back it’s clean , Luis was really polite and professional we even asked for more nacho chips because that’s how much toppings they give you more than enough and he obliged w no problem u guys have permanent customers from here on out!!!! The absolute best!!! Every time I come I get the same thing, two Al pastor tacos. They NEVER ate less than perfect. They have the best Al pastor that I’ve ever had in my life. It’s so juicy and seasoned so well. Their tacos are also HUGE definitely get your moneys worth. The young lady and the young man at the register are to die for. They are so kind and give great customer service every single time.

– torta de al pastor – includes avocado and jalapeño slices, refried beans, lettuce and tomatoes. The Al pastor was tasty but didn’t see or taste any pineapple.
– quesadilla de asada – very homey feel. Great portion filled with asada. Brings onion/cilantro and limes on the side.
– not pictured quesabirria – my favorite! So cheesy and delicious.
Overall true to its name, authentic Mexican food. Perfect for a hearty quick bite.

The food tastes good, but the wait time they tell you is 15 minutes but in reality it takes longer to take out and the presentation of the food I give 2 stars because I ordered two burritos they were poorly assembled and they do not look like burritos but rather wraps they should change or improve the product and the quesadilla very poor presentation, they taste good but the presentation is very poor and for what was paid it seemed too expensive for the quality of food, honestly neither me nor my family would return.

The food took a little while and it is a little pricey.. BUT, the food was fresh and hot, and there was PLENTY of it. We ordered 5 tacos de asada, 5 tacos de al pastor, a burrito de asada, 1 large Horchata and 1 medium Jamaica and spent about $70. The aguas frescas were pretty good and the tacos have double tortillas and are stuffed with meat. The burrito was pretty basic and they gave us 2 big tubs of salsas (red and green). Over all the experience was good.
