I understand that she is a new technician, so I didn’t complain the first time. However, when I came back again after several months, my order was still done incorrectly and she was overcharged. I order so many time so I know the drink. She just clicked a random drink on the menu to charge me.I wanted to use coupon and her excuse was the machine old. She didn’t even try. This Starbuck’s is awesome! Lily is always amazing, and remembers little thing about her customers that make them feel special. I heard her ask the lady ahead of me how her band was going! What a thoughtful thing to ask, and how thoughtful to remember she is in a band. The “We heart Susan” was such a sweet and loving touch, and it just made my morning!

If you come to Starbucks for a consistent experience or if you have something in particular that you like, avoid this place. They really need to send some trainers over here because it’s consistently terrible. I’ve tried to get it when I’m shopping multiple times but it’s just consistently bad.
Also, as a side note, the woman who was in line after me commented to the person taking the order that she was charged different prices the last three times when she made the exact same order. Not my experience but I figured the inconsistency was worth mentioning.

Twice this evening I had my time wasted driving around to these starbucks that are listed to close at 730pm. At this one I had the pleasure of being lied to and argues with until I showed him the posted closing time. To which he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well!!!

The worst employees work at this location. 3 out of 4 people got out of line because the barista was sooo SLOW! The woman waiting for her coffee had to leave because she was waiting so long for the coffee she paid for. This is not the first time I’ve left or seen others leave due to incompetent employees.
I will not make this mistake again! Hopefully, you don’t ether.

The Baristas are happy to be working and the coffee is reliable. They seem to rotate the staff alot at the grocery locations but I have never met anyone unpleasant. The grocery locations have very limited snacks and the display desserts just look dry & Tired so I’m sure they sell very little but unless you order plain drip coffee most people are spending $4-5 for specialty drinks so it still has to be banging business, I wish I owned a Starbucks!Give my review a thumbs up if you agree!

I just moved into the apartment across the street, and I was excited that there is a Starbucks at Safeway just right across my place. There is a lady who is very friendly and always make my drink right.
However, in my last two visits, it was a girl and a guy, each of them messed up my drinks, 2 times in total and I am not coming back. The guy did not even know what is a Starbucks Double Shot On Ice. I buy Starbucks everyday, and I am not trying to give anyone a hard time. But I think I deserve what I pay for, and it’s a big waste of time to go get your favorite drink but turns out a wrong one.
I gave it 2 stars just because of the lady that made my order right the other days.
That’s it. I will never come back.

Drive the extra distance to the Starbucks about a mile south on the same road next to the sandwich shop. They do a much more consistent job.
They get 2 stars because I’m aware the people who work the Safeway Starbucks aren’t always making beverages, they can unfortunately get shuffled around in the store. So I know they try their best…? (I’m trying not to be rude, it’s not to any fault of the baristas.)

Terrible experience! Opened my drink at drive through,it had so much foam in it. Asked if that was normal, they said not really. They would add some milk. Well got it back it had even more foam, at work now so can’t go back. Then my Americano I asked for an extra shot. My cup said 5 shots, that I didn’t order, but you know they charged me for 5. Been going to this store on & off for over a year, not the best in my book, going elsewhere.
