came in late last night and ordered via the app to get a deal, the app said that this location was out of the Andes candies milkshake but thankfully I talked to one of the employees and he actually let me know that the milkshakes were actually available and he didn’t know why the app said they weren’t so I ordered a milkshake inside. I ate my jalepeño poppers, curly fries, and milkshake at a table and despite it being late and a bit close to closing time this employee was incredibly nice. Sadly most of my fries seemed to have been overcooked or left out for a while because they were hard but other than that everything was great especially the service.

Went through the drive through, gave a complete order, the order was repeated and I get to the window and received one item. I told the server this was not my complete order, she just asked me what it was. I never got a receipt from the first part so I had to ask for it as well as the second part. No apologies or anything. Just attitude. My food was good but the service was less than desired.

Parking lot was busy, drive thru even more so. Staffer took my order and got the wrong kind of fries, misheard my name as Erick, and somehow still remembered my turnover at the last minute. I’ve had better service, but the food was in line with standard Arby’s fare.

The service inside is fine. Its the annoying app that forces me to order everything online to get deals, vs just being able to go through drive through and use the deals there. Its not a user friendly app. Wasn’t any other category to rate it so please see my low service rating for that belonging to the Arby’s Corp, and not the store employees.

They don’t think realize they’re located in a big military/veteran area. Pretty disgraceful they couldn’t come off a $5 sandwich.

I’m probably showing my age, but I asked the lady in the drive-thru if they still served potato cakes and she replied, “Whaaaat??” I take it she had no idea what those were, so I proceeded with the curly fries. I had to get my Arby’s fix. It’s been a couple of years since I had one of their Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and I ordered a tasty beverage to wash it down with (in my Samuel L. Jackson Pulp Fiction voice). I’ll be sure to visit them again in the near future.

Really had the craving for Arby’s. Wanted to try the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich, and they have potato cakes and mozzarella sticks so I brought the kids. We ate lunch inside. Not only was it bright, clean and spacious, but the staff was very nice. Manager just gave me a warm vibe. Enjoyed lunch there. Thanks
