Horrible experience with The blonde lady that works night shift… my car got stuck in your parking lot after I ordered, I asked her if she could come help me by pushing the gas on my car and I push my car or visa versa she said no she can’t leave the store un attended…. Let’s be real, she could if she wanted too, you just didn’t want to, you can see the door right where I am parked and stuck. Kindness and empathy goes a long way and she had NONE. I’m sitting here waiting for a tow because who ever manages this place can’t get the lot towed or salted…. There’s also a stop sign in the lot that no one has been able to stop at because of the ice. The food was mediocre at best I can tell the bread was not fresh and the cookies were old and hard as a rock. I will never patronize this location again even though it is the closest to my house.

I was refused basic customs service that is a a change of glove before making my order. The staff was rude disrespectful with his attitude.

I really like this subway. I’ve come across bad experiences within the subway chain and I must say this subway is great. Alex did an amazing job and focused on his job at hand. He is very respectful and friendly. It makes me want to come back to this establishment.

I’ve been here a couple of times – typical Subway. Employees are accommodating, not overly-friendly but they get the job done. No mistakes with orders, and food seemed fresh.

Lady was super rude and tried to lie to us about some fake policy where she wasn’t required to make our food the way we wanted it. There’s other places to get subs at if these are the people you let run your business you might as well close this location

I normally have really good experiences with this location but today I ordered through the app and when I got to the store they were very busy, they also didn’t have one of my items and substituted it for me which was fine, the issue happened when I got home, now I understand that they were busy but the quality of my sandwiches just isn’t there, they’re very squished to the point where they look about half the size as normal, and look to be missing about half the ingredients as well, I was hoping to be able to get a refund or something for my bad experience but they don’t give you any options to talk to anyone about your experience except for the website which ironically isn’t working every time I click on it, then I tried calling the store about 3 times and of course no one answers, if someone could get back to me about this issue that would be great

this is location is always a mess. the staff always seems clueless on how to make the sandwich’s. terrible portions so you don’t even get what you paid for. it’s all bread and barely any meat. when my 6 inch sub is almost $9 I expect to get the correct portions without an argument from the staff. not to mention the fruit flies in the cookie box and landing on my sandwich

Steve is the absolute best! He is so wonderful and helpful. He has a truly kind and gentle spirit. He deserves all the good things in the world and a raise. I will go out of my way to continue to go to this specific location on the days he’s working. The sandwich was amazing, the service was beyond incredible.

in the midst of customer service lacking these days, i just want to shout out the guy that was working tonight. i wish i remembered his name, I don’t know if he owns the joint, but I just really appreciate his work ethic and the communication that he has with his customers. It’s just really refreshing and definitely keeps me coming back.
