This location is under new management and is absolutely terrible. They refused to honor a customer credit from the prior company even though the customer facing company (Tropical Smoothie Cafe) has not changed. The owner is not from here and is difficult to understand. Not a good way to start a business by making somebody angry who used to be a two times a week customer who will now never return! Take your money to Jamba up the street it’s better anyway!

Update: Came back today – Sunday – at about 1:30. There were 2 ppl working. The curbside sign was turned around so I couldn’t see the number to call, but had it in my call history. Curbside did occur this time. Just changed service and atmosphere rating to 3 stars (from 1 star). I’ll need to visit a few more times to see if today was a fluke or not.

For some reason the owner/manager thinks it’s acceptable to have one person working during lunchtime. Ordered online, requested curbside pickup. Called the curbside number – no answer, goes to voicemail, and voicemail is full.
Went inside, worker says she’s the only person there and she’s trying to fulfill multiple online orders. I requested curbside delivery for a reason. Poor customer service, which is the responsibility of the owner / manager.

I I and his wife are amazing people. I come here for lunch about 3 times a week and order the same thing. I’m a familiar face now so whenever I come in he already knows what I’m going to order. peanut butter, with Whey protein, and southwest wrap. Always a good Atmosphere to grab lunch at.

Hey, whoever the manager is needs to get on the move, get up from wherever you are have show some action. A store cannot be run if management is not present & make things happen. A store without supervisor or management is a disaster. Have more people working, capable of providing orders when customers place an order. You’re draining the one guy working here to do everything.
I’m literally hearing the manager on the phone instead of being present. Geez.
And don’t reply with a sorry for the experience and to give you a call back to some number, make customer service Right. That’s all.

Was in this location today as I work in the same plaza & got recommended this by a coworker. Nick was extremely friendly & professional and after explaining a few things made my smoothie in a very efficient manner. The store is very clean and seems well kept & my peanut butter paradise smoothie was very good. I will be back there again soon
