I didn’t care for the drive-thru setup with one person taking my order from the drive-thru line via iPad and another handing me my drink from an open door to the kitchen. Why re-invent the fast food model? I ordered the chilled Blondie (frappuccino-type). It wasn’t dessert-like in any way – no whipped cream, no drizzle, no topping – nothing! Later, from searching online, I learned these are optional and you have to ask for them. The location is relatively new, so why didn’t the order-taker mention this?! The coffee flavor was meh. I filled out the feedback form on September 6th and received a case number (00014838) and was told someone would follow up ASAP and to browse their website while I wait. Ten days later, I followed up and I still have heard nothing back … now October 6th. Starbucks and Scooter’s are SO much better in every way. Worst frozen coffee experience of my entire life and I have tried them all.

Update (Nov. 13): Customer service reached out promptly after above original review (unedited) in a kind manner. I returned and ordered the same drink but this time with request for whipped cream and drizzle. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful. The drink was remarkably better than previous – taste similar to frappuccino versus last one like iced coffee. I have updated my scores from all 1’s to above based on combined experience and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Stuff happens.

I don’t know what has happened to this location when you first opened it was great experience was awesome. Drinks were great but in the last 2-3 months wow there should be no reason why people have to wait in line for 45 minutes for a coffee. I just sat in that line for 20 minutes and did not move at all nor did I see an employee. I should not have to adjust my work schedule and leave the house an hour early just so I can get a coffee from seven brew. Absolutely ridiculous this location needs to do better.

I have been going to this 7 brew location several times and they are amazing staff and the drinks there are amazing the best one in my opinion is the Ice Blonde the by far the greatest ice coffee you can get better then Starbucks you are actually paying for the best quality of coffee then any of f these high in coffee chains and depend on what time you get there the line can get longer if you go in the afternoon but like mid morning is the best time to go there.

Service is always great, but I am not a big fan of the drive thru setup. There are no menus to look at before you order, so you have to look it up online which doesn’t seem logical. Drinks are also fantastic and prices are decent!

First time trying 7 Brew. I am amazed! It was so good! I love that they have many sugar free syrups. My husband doesn’t like coffee, he got a cinnamon roll shake and he was blown away by how good it was. I got a cold brew with sugar free cinnamon brown sugar. YUM! Will come back to try other flavors. The line went quickly as well. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Coffee is pretty good. I need atleast 5 shots in my medium to even taste the coffee though. It’s very “milky and watery” I recommend the German chocolate, and the caramel macchiato. For smoothies, the strawberry and the mango are good.
I do not like how they don’t have a menu as you’re pulling up to the location. You literally have to sit there without a menu while an employee just stands at your window.
It’s also super annoying and awkward how employees just walk up and talk to you through your car window. When you finally get to the front window, a person is standing in a booth that is just talks to you nonstop until your drink comes.

I sat in line for 20 minutes, only to move up 2 or 3 spots. Had to bail out of line as soon as the opportunity arrived and still ended up being late for work without coffee.
Edit after company reply : No, thank you. I ended up purchasing my own espresso machine. Thanks for at least acknowledging the review and reaching out. I’ll bump the review up another star for your effort.

My experiences to-date with 7 brew have been mostly positive. I love their brunette and chai. I have had really good service as well. That said, from a quality perspective they can only get a 4. Support fresh local coffee roasters if you want real high quality coffee.

As for service, I have to drop my ranking to a 3 because of how terrible the service is when you get a bad employee. 7-brew advertises that you don’t pay for the coffee you pay for the experience, but that puts a heavy burden on the shoulders of the staff who have to provide high levels of service in sub zero temps in the middle of winter in a small wooden shanty with little heat and open doors/windows. I don’t blame them for having the occasional miserable demeanor, but I can’t accept outright rudeness like I experienced Valentine’s morning from the employee in the booth.

All that aside the main reason I had to leave a terrible review was for cleanliness. My coffee cup was covered in sticky fingerprints(see photo). It was horribly unsettling to hold and made me second guess putting any items ordered from here to my lips.

Two weeks ago ordered blended drinks (Carmel macchiato) they were not blended ice melted and the drink was terrible.

Today 8-1-2025
Ordered 2 large blended Carmel Macchiato this time blended nicely but there was no Carmel in the drink. Quality of drinks is going down hill.

Edit. I contacted the email address below and, surprise, no one ever got back to me. And the Bellevue location continues to go down hill. Today there are 7 people in each lane and the employees are not even coming out to the cars, they’re just sitting at the doors waiting to take your order.

I love 7 Brew coffee and will choose it over others every time but you’ve GOT to fix the customer service issues on the outside lane. Today we watched 12 cars get through the inside lane while we waited for ours and it is not the first time this has happened. Also, they need to ask if it’s hot or iced. They default to iced every time so after waiting 20 minutes my drink is wrong.
