Didnt even get cheese in my mozzarella sticks, like at all, they were just bread, and for 11 dollars NOT worth it. People were dismissive and clearly not wanting to be here. And a couple workers just sat on their phones. And the fries were so bland, tasted like someone just half cooked them in an air fryer. I would definitely not come back here. We also had to request for mozzarella sticks. Since on the QR code that was the only way to order half of the menu wasn’t on it.

Strange set up. Seat yourself and scan WR Code to order. No one greets you or talks to you.
You wait blindly not knowing if you actually ordered or not.
You go look and find someone asking if you are going to get food and they say yes like you should already know that.
Don’t like this kind of Customer Service

Busy place … but there aren’t that many sit-down choices in Terminal 1. You order (and pay) using a QR code at your table. Food was ok, but the one dessert option – the apple empanada – was surprisingly good. The wait staff (I only saw 2) did a decent job considering how many people they were serving.

I probably should have looked at the reviews before sitting down at this place, but selection for restaurants with seating is very limited in the small airport. First, there are no menus. All through your phone with QR codes. My sister, who has no idea what those are, would’ve been absolutely dumbfounded by the concept. The process of ordering by phone isn’t required for drinks and the waitress told us that’s just for the menu that she will take the order. But she never came around so I placed the order online. The interface isn’t that easy to work with and it was confusing that I was ordering a side salad but then also substituting Fries for additional onion rings, and the price was overcharging me based on what was seen on the screen.

It’s safe to say that their French dip is probably the one item that will not get you sick to your stomach. Everything else is deep fried and I could smell the fish sandwich from the person next to me.

Probably the biggest surprise was in the middle of my salad, where I found the stem of romaine lettuce that should have been discarded, but was served to me and hidden underneath all of the other green. The cucumbers looked wilted or dehydrating, and the tomatoes were squashy, which yielded a not so savory taste.

My sister asked for a glass of ice water and after waiting 15 minutes for it we decided just to pack up and leave.

Breakfast was decent. However the Bloody Mary tasted like ketchup water. Definitely order a beer here not any cocktails.

I had a BLAST having lunch here. The staff and MUSIC was TOP 10 all around. The food was amazing. I had the ravioli app + side salad and it was perfect. Can’t say enough about the GOOD VIBES here! 1000 out of 10. Shout out to my bartender Sarah & Reneice

I had the most obnoxious and terrible experience at this facility this evening at 12:45pm. I was looking to get grab n go items because I felt lightheaded and dizzy. (tends to happen when my blood sugar is low) so I peep at their items and grab some chips and a water. I stand at the grab n go desk, and there’s no one present, then another worker tells me I have to go to the bar to purchase the items. (No big deal). I approach the bar, and I’m ignored by the bartender who is talking to another customer. I give her a non verbal (it’s an emergency) look- because I was super dizzy, and she avoids even saying hello, and places the QR code thing in front of me. Mind you- I’ve only ever used the QRcode to check out when I’ve bought food or a drink, so I tell her “I’m just looking to grab n go today” and she says in a demeaning tone and point at the QR code- saying “that’s how you’ll pay for it, through my check” – still not understanding, I’m thinking she’s thinks I want a drink, or maybe that’s the name of the site being used, so I ask her to clarify- and once again, an even more demeaning tone- “you’ll transact it through the QR code, scan it with your phone.” And I do so- as I’m scrolling, I see the Desani water on there, and so I add it. Unable to find the chips, I tell her – I wasn’t able to find the chips. Then she barks at me “YOURE ADDING THINGS WHEN ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS PRESS MY CHECK” I’m like okay, how do I take off what I’ve added? “IM GOING TO DO IT, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS-.” At this point I’m irate at her tone, and I tell her “that’s enough with the assistance, thank you.” Because I’m lightheaded, brain is foggy, I’m desperately trying to eat anything just to walk straight, and the last thing I needed is an airport bartender yelling in my face in a matter of misunderstanding. I grabbed my items and left, but I’m making sure to write this review because not only did I witness this but my boyfriend who’s a senior process developer for a major healthcare provider overheard her on the phone, and said I should report. I travel the United States VERY often for my job- I talk to the public at major events like the st.Louis auto show this weekend- never in my life have I witnessed such a disgruntled woman who was upset that I even approached the bar in the first place. I could have passed out. It could’ve been worse- she made everything about how SHE felt inconvenienced taking her time with a customer. She should not be trusted with handling the public, nor anyone who may be disabled, or as myself- with a health emergency. She’s only good for chopping it up with the men at the bar, and disregarding everything else around her. And just to be descriptive- she was an Older Caucasian woman with glasses.

Stop by before my flight back to Chicago, the staff is very friendly and i order something quick. toasted ravioli. I order also beer on tap.. My server Reneice is very nice..

The only improve that is needed would be increase or give 2 marinara sauce. The ravioli pricewise to amount was ok

Maybe 1 or 2 dollar cheaper on the be would be fair too..

But overall I would come back again.

Literally, the worst possible place to grab food/beers in the STL airport. The staff is always mad, and doesn’t understand how to offer a smidge of customer service. It’s a horrible representation of the wonderful ppl of St. Louis.

They don’t have a kitchen they have a table top oven that you would find at a dive bar. It always smells like burnt grilled cheese, and they don’t even offer grilled cheese.

The only reason they get 1-star is because they have tables close to the Southwest gates I fly out from. Even the TVs don’t work…….

The food is what you would expect at an airport restaurant – decent and mildly overpriced. The side salad was actually really solid with fresh veggies, but the quesadilla had chicken in it that tasted like rubber. I sat at the bar which had a sole bartender waiting on around 10 folks simultaneously. There were QR codes at each seat to allow you to order from your phone, but the system wasn’t working. After waiting a while I had to actually flag down the bartender to ask to order something
