A great place for a quick and friendly bite to eat.
Our waiter was incredibly friendly and fast, making sure any of our needs were met.
The sushi was good and priced on par with every other sushi place we have been to in Arkansas. Nothing super fancy at this establishment, though.
No draft beer here.
The ginger salad was not my favorite, which was disappointing as I always look forward to the ginger salad when we have sushi. My husband did enjoy the octopus salad.

I usually have the same server when I go so this review will be based around her and the food quality. My first few visited were great. I honestly went in with the lowest of expectations because of the day I was having. My server was sweet, energetic and very polite. She always smiles and will constantly reassure you that everything will be ok. Now on to the food. Its actually good. I’m very picky on places that get my repeat business but this place has received it. Haven’t had the sushi yet but have dabbled in quite a few entrees. Give the place a shot, you just might like it.

The sushi was good, however we only had 4 people in our party and one of us didn’t get our meal until almost the others were finished. Our server was very kind and apologetic (it was obviously out of his control, which we understood), and offered a $2.00 discount. The food was average (we have been here two other times). I would rate the sushi as average-good. (P.S. The music playing was late 90s R&B. Ha…)

Wishing I could give it 6 stars instead of only 5! Delicious! Supremely friendly! Reasonably priced! Found us a new gem. Probably the freshest tasting sushi I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was clean and quiet. Waitress was most attentive. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a long time.

The first time we went was excellent, good food, good beer, good service. The second time we went was just the opposite, dirty tables, server double charges me for my sushi rolls and than wouldn’t remove the charge, even though we never received a second set of rolls, we would have gladly took some home but they would not let us take them to go without charging us a boxing fee. I was so disappointed the second time at being overcharged, I will not be going back.

I’m going to begin my review by stating that this is one of my favorite restaurants, and it is my family’s favorite restaurant also. We love this place so we decided to take my dad there for Father’s Day.
We have never received bad service at Sakura until this weekend. We had a younger waitress with hair in a braid that had some red color in it. She was very unfriendly, and forgot some of the things we asked for. We only saw her to take our order and after that, we did not see her again. She did not stop to see if we needed anything, she didn’t even come back to see if we needed a to go box.
As I said we love this place. But we got a bad waitress on Father’s Day. I would understand if she was new, but I have spent almost all of my working life as a waitress and you are supposed to make up for your mistakes by being friendly. This girl did not smile or say anything to us expect to take our order.
Anyway, the food was awesome!! Been our favorite restaurant forever fSo I’ll give a 3 star review.

This place isn’t worth the price.
The sushi is fine but fried rice isn’t great.
The sushi is only 6 pieces per roll rather then the standard 8.
When I called I asked for sauce, over the phone they said they didn’t have it… I got there and they charge for it, everywhere else includes it.
For $30 my mom and I could have gone to Sky in LR and got better and more food.

We have driven by Sakura many times but never stopped. We decided to stop, and give it a try. The food had good flavor, but the portion size is considerably small. Considering the price that we paid. We had Shrimp/Scallops hibachi grill with rice and Shrimp/Lobster hibachi grill with rice and a portion of Spring rolls. (Size of AA batteries) and paid $68 dollars. Felt as it it was my turn to pay thier lease for the month. Again food was good, but we will not be stopping again.

Pricey, they should have a Hibachi Grill table with those prices. Food was decent. I will go elsewhere next time, due to the food is not that dang good to match the price, presentation of plates sucks too, could of at least made it look pretty. No other complaints. Great people!

i used to really like & recommend their sushi, but now they’re my last resort. the sushi’s not horrible, just not what it used to be. Nowadays, they seem to be a little “heavy handed” with the spicy mayo. my spicy tuna shouldn’t be topped with a dollop of spicy mayo that compares to the icing on a walmart cupcake, in my opinion.
