Food sucked, but the Carhop was so sweet! Tots were scrambled and my vanilla milkshake wasn’t shaken at all. It was just a cup of vanilla ice cream. So I couldn’t consume it with one hand like I originally planned. Had to stay and eat it with a spoon.

if i could leave a zero star review i would. i placed a mobile order for just 3. things. a sweet tea, grilled cheese, and mozzarella stick. it said on my app that it would take 5 minutes to be ready. so i placed the order on break from my job and i stroll on over there. it said so and so will be out with your order. 10 minutes pass since that popped up so i press the button and politely say that ive been waiting 10 minutes since it said someone was coming out with my order. all the lady said was it’ll come out shortly. PLOT TWIST! it does not come out. another 7 or so minutes pass and i have less than 10 minutes in my break so i press the button AGAIN and explain that im kinda in a hurry and need my order. again all the lady says is it’s coming out. well can you take a guess what happened next? no order came out. i had to drive back to my work with no food and a empty stomach. after my shift i come back to get the food i paid for and i press the button and explain the whole situation. had to wait for them to remake my food and whenever someone finally came out, i kid you not the lady didn’t say a single word to me. not a “i’m sorry” or atleast “here’s your order” but instead just basically throws me my order and runs back inside. so in summary, this is a horrible location with terrible service. if you have all the time in the world go ahead and come here since apparently it takes that long to get a 3 item order. ridiculous

Such a fun place! I really love the drive up, 1950s, reminiscence. Their food however, is mediocre. Their blasts are yummy! The shakes are mediocre.
Honestly, for my money I will just head back to McDonald’s for the blizzard. The experience is more what’s cool about it. I would rather go inside and save a little money if I’m gonna buy cheap, fast food. Periodically we’ll go back though, my kid likes it. The service is great and that helps make me wanna go back! Customer service. The reason we go back!

I ordered a coke tonight and once I finished I opened the lid and found a freaking baby roach in my cup!!!!
I have had food from there that wasn’t the best, but it was never anything to post about.
However, consuming a drink and opening up the lid to find a freaking roach is definitely worth posting about. I think the health dept. should be notified.

I ordered a strawberry shake, blue raspberry slush, and a mini M&M Blast. However, the shake was essentially vanilla ice cream with a cherry. Upon informing the staff, they retrieved the shake and I requested a cherry limeade instead. After waiting for ten minutes without receiving my drink, I called again to request a refund. The staff member explained that I would need to use my card to process the refund and then repay for the slush and Blast. I decided to leave because based on the capacity of the staff I had a feeling that they weren’t going to process the refund properly. It is advisable to avoid visiting this Sonic location due to subpar customer service.

Jake is awesome! The night before I had a large order and was not happy with the quality of food at all. I called that same night to address my concerns and he went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied and returning customer. To see stellar customer service like this is a rarity. He is the sole reason I will return to this location.

Over the last several months my experience at sonic has been horrible. One time I ordered a breakfast burrito and it had mold on it. On another occasion my order was stale and tasted old as if the food had been sitting out for hours and hours. Then today I ordered a milkshake and it had a hole on the bottom of the cup that got everywhere. It doesn’t even stop here. The lady hands me nasty sauce that was busted and when I handed it back to her she drop it. Which left a sauce mark on my car.

I’m not sure what’s happening with this Sonic location. It used to be my favorite in the area, but the quality of the food has changed. I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings through the app, and when I got home, I noticed that my cheeseburger was missing mayo, so I tried to add some myself. However, the bun was very hard and definitely not fresh. As for the onion rings, they weren’t even rings; they were just strips of breaded onion wasn’t even a full order. Has the management changed?
