I have to give this location a one-star rating ⭐️. I came in to work on my current project and intended to purchase a bag of Komodo Dragon coffee to take home, along with a dark roast coffee. However, an unfortunate incident occurred. I only had a $100 bill on me. The barista promptly informed me that they couldn’t accept the $100 bill as they didn’t have change available. I had $3 in smaller bills, but the coffee cost $3.45, and they refused to serve me without the additional 45 cents. Perhaps having the correct change would have helped in this situation? It seems reasonable to expect a Starbucks to have enough change by 10 am. They declined my $100 bill and proceeded with their tasks. One of the baristas suggested that I should use a card next time, which left me surprised. The manager also mentioned that she didn’t have a business card.

Was greeted by a warm smile from one of their employees Rebecca, she was so kind when taking my order and made the experience that much better, and I just had to get the name of my Barista Katie, because she made an AMAZING Latte. Just the way I like it and was extremely friendly when handing it to me. 10000/10 experience, will be coming back again.

I asked them to make iced coffee with whipped cream. They did not comply with my request twice. They changed my drink several times and didn’t do what I ordered.. I threw this drink away.

I went to this Starbucks on 4/27 at about 2:40-2:45 in the afternoon. The worst customer service ever. No smile, hello, or you’re welcome. The girl who took my order had blonde hair and I recommend in hiring someone new. She treated the kid I was nannying with such disrespect when he didn’t tell her what size he wanted. Then when he asked for a straw when he got his drink, another barista just tossed his straw on the counter. I’ve never experienced such bad service in a Starbucks before. Next time I come back I will be saying something to the employees themselves!

One of the best Starbucks experiences I have had, and I have had quite a few! I am not local, but was in town for a gymnastics meet and visiting family. Stopped by the GV & Francisco locations before our 6 hour trek home and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Great team who really cares about their customers. Kate spent the time while making our coffees asking me about our plans for the day, my family and after mentioning gymnastics, asked how our daughter did at her meet. You could tell she was really interested. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!!

The Baristas have been so personable and friendly! That is first and foremost the best part of my experience there. I often order using my Starbucks app so if I’m on the go I can trot inside to grab my order quickly. Early in the morning before the sun comes up I’m still greeted with a friendly smile and they ask me if my drink is made correctly. Yes! Every. Time. The environment is clean and bright.

Love this location, as they are always really quick to make our orders even if they are busy. They make each drink just as we like. It’s Starbucks so of course prices are high. But, it’s worth it sometimes! This location has really kind and helpful employees and they keep the store clean!
