Stopped at the drive-in this afternoon. Our meals were received hot and fresh, and napkins were included. They also had the dipping sauce we requested. This was a very positive development. Management appears to have taken the needed steps to improve quality. We appreciate that, and are hopeful of continued positive experiences here.

We keep trying this BK location…and they keep disappointing. Every time we stop at this drive in, without fail, something is sadly wrong. This time, our Whopper with cheese was ice cold. The cheese was not melted at all….very unappetizing. Our Chicken Nuggets were cold and overfried…they were hard and dark brown…like eating cardboard.
They were “out of” our requested dipping sauce. Other items in our order were handed to us absolutely cold. No napkins were placed into our bag. Despite this, we waited at the drive-in window longer than we should have…for cold food. We keep trying here…and sadly they keep disappointing.
Company or franchisee management needs to devote serious and focused attention to the regular shortcomings of this location. Employee training and oversight sorely needs attention, as does any acceptable level of food quality. Even if it’s relatively inexpensive fast food, quality should be the focus. Sadly, this location repetitively disappoints. We don’t enjoy giving poor reviews, but we’ve given this BK location many opportunities to show any level of improvement in their product to no avail.

I was in a hurry and stop in for lunch yesterday. Unfortunately they were having problems with their broilers so no hamburger. They had chicken sandwich for $1.79 each. Sounds good I only had four bucks so silver lining. I will tell you what they were pretty good. Thanks to the young blond girl working the register for suggesting it, good call. I will stop in soon.

I’m not a local here so this is based on my time there for only one visit. Their toilets/bathroom area was very clean for what I’d normally expect at a public restroom in a fast food place. I tried the new Impossible Whopper which was great! Their food was prepared well. Their seating area was clean and nice as well. Overall I had a good experience and it seems like the staff takes care of things. When I’m in the area I’ll definitely try to stop by again.

Food is great when made right, but many times it’s either missing things or has the wrong toppings in burgers or just the wrong order. Idk what happened but I do know that stackers don’t have lettuce. I know that when you order fries you should get them. Like i said it’s great when made right but 9 times out of 10 my order is messed up, even when it’s not busy.

Went through the drive-thru ordered a 2 for $6 Whopper and grilled chicken sandwich . I requested for “no onions” 2 x on my Whopper the drive thru person confirmed it. I received a slightly dry whipper with onions even though the onions were crossed out on the wrapper. How do you mess that up? I’m pretty sure it was not the drive-through persons mistake , but that person that actually made it.

I just went through the drive through around 2:45 pm on Sunday 10/1/2017. The food was ice cold … the chicken nuggets literally are cold to the touch and my 3 year old wouldn’t eat them. My burger was also ice cold and rock hard (I had to throw it away). You should have your employees discarding the food that’s been sitting there for hours. I will be in touch with corporate management.

Pretty quick service…Usually, the food is room temp or cold..have to BEG for sauces, and they don’t put napkins in the bag when you drive through.
Also, my husband came for an order through the drive-thru on 3/28/16 between 1:30-2:00pm, and the girl serving him was VERY rude( like he was bothering her by being there ).
He asked for sauce, and she never put it in the bag. No straw. No napkin.

The manager at this location has been nothing but rude to my wife. Shorted her change in the drive thru, being rude and cursing at her. Not to mention she knows my wife’s name when she never gave it to them. Also knowing where my wife works, I think the manager needs to focus on the service and not stalking, and threatening my wife!

A Burger King like mosr others. This one is clean, family friendly, welcoming and fast. The restrooms are clean and are wheelchair accessible as iparking and entrances.

Out of all the fast foods I think this is the lowest, that place would shut down if they did not have a deep fryer. The burgers are cooked in the morning and then microwaved for you in the evening.
