Decent place if you’re downtown and want Chinese take out style , not a fan of the fried rice tasted more like yellow Spanish rice to me
But it was decent and I’d eat there again if I’m around but not as good to me as typical Chinese take out quality could be better good portion tho but probably because I came close to closing and got the last of what was made but it was good 🙂 fresh cooked wontons and egg roll

Rude as hell woman working the counter. She just kept saying “pick a number”, repeating it even when I said I dont understand. She started yelling loudly in another language to the man that was working with her, even though he was 3 feet away, and he helped explain the menu. I can only assume she was complaining about me to my face. Especially after she threw my food on the counter and wouldn’t even look my way after I paid. She shouldn’t be in a customer facing position, most negative reviews seem to mention this woman.

There is one lady that doesn’t know how to do customer service. Been there 3 times and 2 times she has been there looking and sounding annoyed. Maybe it’s her personality? The young man, young lady and older man are definitely good with taking orders. Either way, food is not that good. I really tried to like it but the chicken is soooooo DRY and hard. Definitely not worth spending more money here especially with her there.

Perfect for the occasion fast fare Chinese food! Right in the middle of Downtown Raleigh. Very small dining room, but there is interior and exterior seating. Shade umbrellas cover the outside tables.

If the wife is taking orders, eat somewhere else. She doesn’t pay attention to instructions. Every time I order, I request white rice. The husband always gladly serves me the rice I ask for. The wife never does. The last eight times I’ve ordered there, she has taken my order, and always gives me the wrong thing, and then seems annoyed if I have a problem with it.
The husband is courteous, fast, and accurate. The wife is fast, and nothing else. I’m sick of always getting the wrong food from her.

I went here yesterday and one piece of my chicken wasn’t all the way done. The guy was rushing instead of taking time to make sure everything was cooked correctly. And I feel like they over charged me because it’s $9.95 but my balance came up to $11.87. The tax is ridiculous after a while it while be almost $14 to eat there. But that will be my last time going there they lost me as a customer for good.
