Oooh my gosh!! I FINALLY met The Master!! Aaron, what a guy!! He made our subs SOOO amazing!! My husband had just the right amount of the sweet onion teriyaki sauce!! And my son had his devoured by the time we got home. Very delicious! We will be back next week & I’m going to join the rewards program now! We love the subs from this subway!! Always fresh & tasty!! Thanks!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Traci, the lady that made our sandwiches, was SOO NICE & GREAT!! It was late,, almost closing and she was amazing!! She was pleasant & happy to help us. I asked for a couple of special things, like “pls move the lettuce to the end” and “3 more onion pieces on the ends”… and she did it perfectly, with no hesitation. She smiled and looked at us, like we (the customers) really mattered. Please commend her outstanding service! The food was delicious & so fresh! My son even noticed how great the veggie area was stacked nicely, straightened up & was clean.. And the sitting area was clean, too. We will be going back for sure!!

The “manger T” is extremely unprofessional and was refusing to make a sandwich how I asked her too. I’ve gotten this sub before (Aaron does it and is amazing with customer service) which is also why it’s super annoying. it makes it super unattractive when a “manger “ is refusing to do something the customer is asking for. Weird childish vibes.

Well, I have eaten at Subways across the US. This is the #1 subway I have ever been to. The new guy working at this place has got it down. He turned this place around. The sandwich was quick, the food was fresh, the place was clean and he was extremely friendly. If you like Subway or want to try it, this is the place!

I went to place a order and the person that was on the shift dated 7/16/25 @8:00pm had to take a personal call. I waited for the personal converation to be done and when he was ready to place my order I had tell him what the # 11 was you had on your menu. I am aware that you need to inform the person what type of bread u desire and what size u would like whether it is a foot long or half inch but if they don’ know what comes on the #11 then I see fault in management for not providing proper training or customer service

I don’t know if this is a new policy but I was turned away for wanting to order 4 footlongs and 1 six inch sub. The employee told me that because there was 1 person working they couldn’t make 5 or more in case they got a line. However, the entire 10-15 minutes we were there, absolutely no other customers came in and he made us wait that entire time as he finished 1 online order. He said it needed to be placed ahead of time only online. I completely understand a catering order of 20-30 sandwiches, but 5? We took our business to Jersey Mike’s instead.
