The people who were working there when I picked up my order were great but I hate ordering over the phone to someone who then has to call the location I thought I was ordering in the first place. His English was broken and he didn’t seem to understand all I was trying to say. If he then had to call where I was trying to call why not cut out the middle man and let me talk directly to the people at that location?

Ordered NY style crust. Got thin crust. Called store and they advised the NY style is a thin crust and would do nothing to assist. Pizza was not good. Dry and not enough sauce or cheese. Will not order again.

This location refuses to honor the $6.99 Papa Pairings deal that every other location seems to have. If you can’t offer the same promotions chain-wide, you’re going to lose customers. Unfortunately for you, Domino’s is closer and offers the same kind of deal. You’ve lost my business over something simple and avoidable.

This is hard to rate. Papa Johns is always the Best pizza! I pre-ordered a 3 topping pizza for 5:30pm SuperBowl Sunday. It was ready promptly for that time! Great! But…there were hardly any toppings on it, or sauce. Really skimpy! It was like they were running out of these simple toppings. Maybe because it was a busy afternoon? So, I’m not sure if this is a “service” quality. Otherwise, service is always 5 Stars. I had just had a pizza from Papa’s 2 weeks before. It was one topping and it was very good. I’ve been buying Papa’s pizza since they have been at this location when I’m in the area, 4 1/2 months a year. I’ll try again on a non busy day.

Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment today around noon. I had ordered a pizza for pickup, and upon arrival, I waited at the counter for at least five minutes, trying to get the attention of an employee in the back. Despite my efforts to call out, I was either ignored or not heard. My boyfriend then went inside to assist and also had to raise his voice to get the employee’s attention. When the employee finally came to the counter, he responded in an unprofessional and belligerent manner, questioning why we were yelling, as if he was unaware of the situation.
During this time, two other potential customers entered the restaurant but quickly left after seeing us unsuccessfully trying to get service. It was clear that they were discouraged by the lack of attentiveness from your staff.
Given this experience, I believe the employee working at noon today should either be retrained or reassigned, as it is unacceptable for a customer to struggle to receive an already-paid-for order, especially when it is a simple task of bringing the food to the counter. This kind of service reflects poorly on your business and has the potential to drive away customers.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to prevent similar situations in the future.

I think they have one of the best pizzas around. Yeah even better than some of the mom and pops. I recently had their buy one get one. Just a little over $7 for each pizza. Good pizza good price. What more can you ask for.
