I’ve consistently had a disappointing experience here. The portion sizes are noticeably small, and whenever someone asks for a little more food, the staff tends to stare or make it uncomfortable. It makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong for simply wanting a reasonable serving.
The dining policies also don’t make much sense. If you get a to-go box, you’re apparently not allowed to eat inside the dining hall — even though you’ve already paid for the meal. When I was told I couldn’t eat there with my to-go plate, I explained that I had paid for it, and the response I received was, “It doesn’t matter, you can’t eat here.” That interaction felt unnecessary and dismissive.
On top of that, the food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s undercooked, and it’s often poorly seasoned. For the cost of the meal plan, I honestly would rather eat out every day than deal with this experience.

I have been wanting to stop by. Today with Preview days @ TAMUK, I really enjoyed their food. The only downside is no sweet tea. Other than that, AWESOME EXPERIENCE
