Pretty dirty usually and the teenagers that are in there dont know how to have good customer service. This is based off many times getting pizza. Not just one. There is one woman in there I wish I knew her name to shout her out. But she is not a young teen appears to be more of an adult she is great with her service. Wait is never as the slogan says always 20-40 min wait times

I ordered 1 Cheese and Herb Crazy Puffs. When I got home I opened the box and saw there was pepperoni in these puffs. I called the store to let them know. People need to watch the orders closely or they are gonna just keep losing customers. Making food is not rocket science

It’s located in quiet little town just below the snow parks. This place had great pizza, perfect amount of cheese and sauce most important it wasn’t burnt. It wasn’t ready but served quickly. Over all good tasty food at an affordable price. Perfect pace to stop after a long day of playing in the snow.

I get home and they gave me the stuffed pretzel crust with red and a regular pretzel crust with pepperoni and red. Literally nothing right on my second pizza and I got ripped off for four dollars on the price difference! Too late to even call.

I’ve come to Sonora’s Little Caesar’s four time, out of those times I’ve called an order in hours in advance and have gotten there just for them to say they don’t have it. Today I called in 5 hours ahead of time and it was the same result. Not the best pizza and definitely the worst service and timing. Also, they will never try to compensate in any way or make things right, they will not even give you a way to contact a manager. They say to download an app to make a complaint.
