I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was served raw chicken (photo attached), which is a serious health and safety issue. When I called the same night, I was told there was no manager available and that I would need to call back in the morning to receive a refund.
I called the next morning again, no manager. I was then told to call back on Wednesday. When I finally spoke to someone, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund because I was “supposed to get it the day I received the raw chicken.”
Please explain how that makes any sense when I was told there was no manager available that night and was instructed to call back later.
To make matters worse, my entire household became sick after eating this food. This was not a minor mistake serving raw chicken is dangerous and unacceptable.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to issue a refund after serving unsafe food is extremely concerning. I expected much better handling of a serious food safety issue. So once again CICIS I don’t want your food I want my MONEY back! I highly do not recommend getting food here it’s run down

Service was definitely friendly and efficient but I’m unsure if it was too busy and the cutter didn’t clean the dish in use or if the brownies are uncooked – the light like dough or goo in between the slices was too gross for me to find out.
The pizza was GREAT as always ! The famous cicis recipe lol can’t mess up on that . It does look greasy upon appearance but the feel and taste isn’t all greasy …… just wished the treats turned out better

I had a very bad experience today had to contact the corporate office unprofessional workers they had in front working, rude hateful people,place not being busy it took them over 45 minutes to redo the wings I had ordered check your order before you leave the facility it will save you time and a headache.before covered in oil and the after with correct sauce.

This review is more so for the service and not the food itself. We have never had any problems with our orders or anything like that which is great but sometimes I have to call 6 times because someone picks up the phone and hangs it up multiple times. Then when they answer they just say “hello” like I’m calling someone’s cellphone. I asked If this is cicis they said yeah. I get it, they are young kids who work there but geeze they need to be trained on how to use their phone. It’s super annoying.

The employees at this Cici’s keep a cat inside. And my family memeber found a hair in their pizza their response was “the cat is not near where they make the pizzas” but it was sitting near the frigde where they keep drinks!!! Who ever owns this place should be aware whats going on at this disguisting place.

They gave our order to someone else had to go back 2 hrs later to pick it up due to time constraints and because they refused to do a refund so either loose almost 40 bucks or go out of my way to go back up there hours later. When we did get the food it was mediocre. The employees could use some hair ties to get their hair out of their faces so they look half way decent and a wipe of the register counter wouldn’t hurt. Makes me nervous for how the back may look. Probably worth the extra money to go next door to dominos , less ordering drama and a cleaner atmosphere.

Last pizza my husband got was PERFECT albeit a little cold!! I think it comes down to the day & who is working. Sometimes it’s great sometimes you don’t get your pizza with the extras your order & pay for this day he did..so check it before leaving.
The only problem with the last pick up is the young person after setting my pizza on the counter answered the phone and kept me waiting with the pizza getting cold while he took a lengthy detailed order when he should have placed the caller on hold and finished our transaction.

Multiple times cicis in Joshua has messed an order up. Between pizza with no sauce or a burnt pizza. The inside of the store looks like no one cleans it. Smells like a litter box all the time

I would give 0.stars. pizza crust thick on one side thin on the other side. Both side the dough underneath the toppings was uncooked. Slimey gooey. Counted 8 small pepperoni slices maybe 3 black olives very few mushroom 6 small slices of ham on 2 slices none on the rest of the pizza
