Wow! We were working in Nevada and a couple ladies recommended Tokyo. Great food! Highly recommend the crab rangoons, the chicken and the filet.
Three of us ordered sides to share and the gentleman made sure that we had 2 each even when the sign stated 5.
Our entire dinner only took 7-10 minutes to make.
If we come back to town, we will be back.

Great food! Very delicious! But order ahead of time bc wait time can be 20 to 30 mins depending how busy they are, and it usually is

OMIGOSH! Ever had the experience of being on the road and finding yourself a little hungry so you ask Google Maps for “Asian food near me”? They are always 45 or 90 miles away from wherever you are. Or, if there is one in the upcoming town, it’s 10 minutes of twisty turny streets to the other side of town off the interstate. I’ve been driving back and forth on I-49 eight times in the last 75 days and just found out I’ve been DRIVING RIGHT PAST Tokyo Hibachi Express just north and east of Exit 101! Big mistake.
I had a Hibachi Teriyaki Chicken bowl. Is was hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. It came in a styrofoam take-out container. Half the container was filled with the Teriyaki Chicken. And half was filled with fried rice. I also had a dumplings appetizer and it, too, was tasty.
I got mine to go since i was overnighting in a nearby hotel. But while I was waiting for my order to be made, I watched several people come up to get takeout. Some were clearly regulars.
The food truck is nestled between a Conoco station and the on-ramp to northbound I-49. It’s kind of hard to see as you drive onto the gas station pavement. You’ll find the food truck around to the left side of the gas station building.
Finally, as of October 22, 2025 when i write this, both off-ramps at Exit 101 are closed as is one of the on-ramps. Google Maps will help you find your way to the right spot. It will probably involve getting off at exit 102 and then following U. S. 54 west and then south back to Austin Street where you turn left, go east under I-49, and then left at the frontage road that takes you into the gas station.
Enjoy!

We were on the way to Kansas City from Eureka Springs and stopped here and it was a perfect way to wrap up our trip. We enjoyed that it was a food truck. The food was delicious, piping hot and fast. They were super friendly as well. We definitely recommend!

Crab ragoon? I dont see anything but a fried shell. It’s pretty disgusting I got sick from this food. You can tell that the grill they use they don’t clean. I can taste all the different meats they use. No flavor at all

We ate the filet steak and shrimp meal (shared between two adults) and our teen had a burger w/ crab***. I wish we lived closer so we could come back. So yummy!
