Excellent and delicious water ice. The soft serve chocolate ice cream is really good too. I love the service. Always a smiling face and someone trying to give you exactly what you want.
The atmosphere is really good. Parking may be an issue if the lot is full, but I’ve only gone on days when there wasn’t a line. We’ve never been there before 20 minutes before closing Ave the service is ALWAYS GRACIOUS & HELPFUL.

I’m very particular about getting good Italian Ice (water ice).
I prefer it smooth and sweet like you get at carnivals or boardwalks. I don’t want it full of fruit or with too crunchy a texture, Fruit salad snow-cone? Hard pass.
Anyway, I can confirm that Scoopy Lou’s does it correctly.
Not only that, but they have way more flavors than I’ve ever seen at one place before.

This place needs to get more traction, their soft serve and water ice are amazing! I had the banana and vanilla soft serve. The banana was not overpowering with just the right flavor. My partner had the horchata and pumpkin water ice. Both flavors were delicious, but I could eat that horchata water ice every day!

They have a huge selection of water ice, ice cream flavors, and toppings. Price is very reasonable, the milkshakes in particular were great! They have a small outdoor seating area which was clean and comfortable. I got a single scoop cone, and it was a very generous scoop (picture is after I ate half of it). Staff was friendly and there was very little wait time for the milkshakes. Will definitely be back soon!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves all the praise. Their handmade water ice is SOOOO good. My favorite flavor so far is pina colada. The ice cream is soooooo creamy and flavorful. They have so many amazing options, the prices are amazing, and the staff is super friendly. I fell in love with this place. It’s 25 min away from me and you bet I’ll make the drive everytime I want ice cream! I’ll never go to Rita’s again.

The best homemade water ice in the area! Mint chocolate chip, salted caramel and banana are my family’s favorites. In addition to serving up delicious frozen treats, Scoopy Lou’s hosts numerous fundraisers every year to help local sports teams and youth groups, animal shelters, fire departments, etc. They really care about their customers and community.

This is such a great place to go to. A fun Family outing I recently took my sister there and we had the peanut butter sundae and it was wonderful. People there are great definitely worth a visit. Will be going back soon.
