Love Rib Crib! Been to 4 in various cities in OK. I’ve seen great team work in all. Tonight began with great team work, but did not end that way. We waited patiently way too long for our guest check. When we asked for our check, it again took way too long. The shift manager, while very friendly and welcoming, seemed not to have the ability to find our check, how to process with a Veteran discount, nor how to reprint a receipt.
While we understood that there was a party of 25 in the “back”, because we were told, whomever assigned our waitress with multiple tables in the “front”, and a party of 25 in the “back”, may need to take a look at that scenario and have remediation.
Jasmine was on top of her game! Macy was very polite and friendly, but clearly rattled, possibly due to her assignment.

Didn’t notify us til we arrived for pick up they were out of potatoes. Wouldn’t replace it with anything with sides because the potato didn’t come with sides. Had to wait on a manager for 15 minutes to refund my order and the place was completely empty. Better off taking your business next door. They seem to value their customers a lot better.

Great BBQ and very affordable prices. Good food and good vibes. The sweet tea is on point and the environment is awesome. Definitely recommended for people looking for some decent BBQ.

Had a really good dinner here recently. Two meat order of brisket and sausage links tasted great, sides of smoked baked beans and fried okra both tasted as expected. We were also happy with the Pigman (pulled pork, brisket & link) stack sandwich with pickles and onions. This was also very good.

Ordered a 3 bone basket and only got 2 ribs. Ribs that were from the end of basically a rib and a half! The ticket I got in my bag say it was checked by Lee and I happen to know personally that Lee is a manager Lee do better as a manager! Because you did not check this bag! The stuff you checked off on this little list was not in the bag do better

Love the tables with the bottle tops in them ! The club sammich with all the meats is just mouth watering goodness!!! Went after lunch and before diner crowd so wasnt busy busy , love the rad cups with the designs on them you can keep !

They served ribs that was all fat no meat fries with so much seasoning you can’t eat it and serve pink hamburgers after sitting at a table that was dirty and puddle under table and in chair waitress rolled her eyes when told the manager why we moved and the person standing at computer didn’t know where our waitress was she never checked back on us so the other guy came to check on us rolled his eyes when told him the meat on hamburger still wasn’t done. No customer service rib crib has gone down so badly on a 40 plus ticket
