I haven’t hungout in Baton Rouge before and I was expecting much less from Taco Bell. To my very pleased surprise, this place was awesome! Renae was kind and helped me place order. She even suggested a few items I never really tried before. When I got my order, opening up the wrap to unveil my taco supreme was such a delight. I was even happier when I got to the chaluppa. It looked just like the picture. I was eating art and it was amazing. If you pass this place over, stop. Check it out and enjoy a meal like I did. And that’s how the bell rings.

We did not order the steak for the burrito, nor the dessert item. We did not get those items. Also taco shells were stale. Look at the tacos we got, see pics. Steak was so old, it had to be sitting on grill for sometime. These were steak supreme tacos. Awful. Lost my business forever. If I’m going to Pay that kind of money for tacos I’ll go to a place that has fresh abundant food. I worked in Food and beverage as a manager for 20 years I would never ever have served anyone that kind of food and you can’t send it back because you don’t know what you’re going to get in place of those terrible items,.

My family and I had a great experience tonight at the Taco Bell on 9656 Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge. The team working that shift was exceptional! Very friendly, welcoming, and impressively fast. They made eye contact, communicated clearly, and created a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

One item was initially missing from my order, and when I brought it to their attention, they immediately apologized and remade it fresh, even after I told them it wasn’t necessary. That level of care and pride in their work really stood out!

Lionel, Troylesha, Derrick, Deshyra, and Quan represented your location extremely well and deserve recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. We were so pleased with their service.

Terrible service. One door totally locked. 5 people standing around the counter, we get redirected to order at a kiosk. You have to have a key for the bathroom… and they say no one has it. Don’t tell me everyone here is working with no access to the bathroom.

This location certainly needs attention in all aspects. The dining area was dirty, all the eating areas were dirty, cups with drinks left on tables, the floors were sticky. Very disappointing experience. Never again will we return nor do I recommend eating here. There were plenty of employees just sitting around that could have cleaned the dining area, there sure was time to have phones charging and no customers inside.

Why is it every time I order hard Taco it is always Cracked?
The problem with the young staff is they act condensing towards customers who point out a fault in productivity, which shows in the lack of cheese on my soft tacos. Terrible Customer Service!
There should be atleast one adult on the closing shift!

There is mold literally everywhere in this place you look up the air vents. They’re just covered in mold several of them there’s mold all on the wall next to the soda machine under the soda machine where the ice comes out there’s mold there’s mold in the bathrooms underneath the rug. It is completely absolutely disgusting. I used to manage restaurants, and the biggest thing was cleanliness. This place has such poor leadership that they’re not delegating anything and it’s completely just gone off the rails. The health department should shut this place down cause that’s what’s happening on the side of the customer. You can see imagine what’s happening in the back. It is so filthy. You couldn’t pay me to eat any food in this place.

I went to get 2 chicken tacos. It’s an up charge to substitute chicken instead of beef. When I do that I expect chicken in every bite. I bit into both tacos twice before I got a bite of chicken and the shell was stale. You talking about mad. That was so disappointing because I was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day. I was busy. So for me to finally stop and get poor service mad me hangry= hungry and angry

Around 12:45am on Tuesday October 28th, placed an order for a party pack, totalling $23.75 for what’s supposed to be 12 tacos. Not only do they NOT give any real kind of s volume price decrease, but apparently at this location your food checker inspected 90% of your food and gives you a full attitude after 5 calls, hangups, she the 6th attempt answered.

They should be happy that Mr. Daniel was there. He was VERY professional, greeted me with a smile, listened to the concern, assured me he was going to fix the issue AND DID! I was short 2 tacos, I asked for 4 bc of the time and gas, which he accommodated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PIPING HOT TACO’S!
