We like the Freddy’s location in Rogers, the food is consistently tasty, fresh and hot. The burgers are thin, seasoned, and fried just right. The shoestring fries are crispy and salted well. We appreciate that a limited 55+ menu is offered. We had a cheeseburger basket (includes fries and drink), two of us ate for under $15.
Love the pup cups for our dogs.
We’ve tried Freddy’s locations in Shakopee and Maple Grove. Food was not good, Shakopee was dirty, and we do not recommend these two locations. Highly recommend the Freddy’s location in Rogers.

If you want a soggy burger that looks like its been run over by a truck, then this is the location to go. I have been to various Freddy’s locations and have never had issues with my food. My first time at this location, and I got home only to open my BAG of a burger and see this?? The pickles and onion were on TOP of the bun and there was mustard everywhere?? Not to mention the buns on both our burger and chicken sandwich were paper thin and extremely soggy. I will definitely not be going back to this location and if I want a burger nearby, I will choose Culvers 100 times over this.

I apologize for over seeing the deliciousness that Freddy’s has to offer the world! The fries are perfectly seasoned. You will hear yourself munch and crunch those fries first. The burgers are big. The veggies in the burger are fresh. If you have not tried the mammoth style custard oreo cookie, get out of that rock you are living under. The best part in my opinion is the crunchy squared nugget style ice inside your soft drink. For those of you into asmr, you are welcome!

Feb 21 2026. Horrible and slow service. Went to the drive through to order 3 ice cream Sundae. They ask if I wanted chocolate and I said no just the regular signature Sunday. One car was a head of me and it took forever. When I got my Sunday it was just 3 scoop of plain vanilla ice cream. No way this is the signature sundae. Drove off. Next time I’m walking in the restaurant to make sure they get out right.

This was our first time at Freddy’s and we enjoyed everything. We both got a single burger with a bunch of stuff on it and we both wish we would’ve gotten the double. Great burger though! French fries are shoestring type and there’s two very tasty fry sauces that are a must try. The store was very clean including the bathrooms. All around a great visit! We’ll definitely be back!

My meals today gave that the employees just did not care. When taking my order through the drive-through. A large clump of snow fell off the top part of the speaker into my car, getting half my outfit wet. I had a reaction and said something while my order was being taken, and then when I went to the window I also made a comment about the snow was not offered an apology or napkins. My order had add bacon on it. Bacon was not in my order. My sweet tea was supposed to have ice in it head no ice. The burger was soggy and lackluster was my worst customer service experience so far in 2026. This all happened during the 30 minute lunch break. I called the establishment right away and they told me if I don’t pick up the food today. They cannot remake my order. I do not live in that area. I asked them can they just write down my name cause I can be in that area next week and that was not an acceptable response to them. Customer service training is needed.
