First time visitor and I was pleased with my food. I live about 15 minutes away so the fries were not warm but I reheated them and they were ok. I was told to try the fries but there wasn’t much of their “special seasoning” on them for me to rate very high. And, they serve them in a paper-lined boat with no covering to keep them hot. I wonder who thought THIS is a good idea? The boneless chicken with original hot sauce was good. I think I would return in the future and try other food options. My only real negative is that EVERYTHING is served in a HUGE paper bag, even if you only order a boat of fries….

WORSE wingstop EVER! I ordered for online delivery so I can’t speak about the the customer service, but the WINGS?? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Never have I EVER imagined wingstop would ever come to this! Who ever is in the kitchen on THIS NIGHT 1-21-23 @ 8:00pm should resign at their EARLIEST convenience! The wings were VERY UNDERCOOKED! PINK on the inside and rubbery skin! Smdh the crate was filled with water or oil so the lemon pepper sauce was liquidy thus the wings tasting unflavored! I’m highly upset to the point I wouldn’t even give them a second try nor would I recommend!

The two young ladies that work there at the register were very friendly… The food was OK… To me it tastes like any other boneless overpriced wing and the BBQ sauce set my mouth on fire so won’t be trying that one ever again but the Hawaiian sauce was very delicious!!

I called because their website was having issues processing payments online. I tried to call ahead to order since online wasn’t working and because I lived far away from the location. The girl that picked up the phone claimed you can’t place orders on the phone. She stated “it’s not that busy so it will be fast”……..it was not fast.
If you call, the automated voice stated press 1 to place an order. In the store they have signs saying they take phone call orders.
So either you guys need to update your stuff, or your associates lie.

Worst experience ever! Food wasn’t made properly either time refused even with FIRST TIME PURCHASE BEFORE WALKING OUT OF STORE! They remade food because the rufused to refund order and still didn’t make it right so I’m out $31 and all I wanted was my chicken well done nothing complicated!
