My wife and I have driven hwy 2 back on forth so many times. We always see this deli and think, we should check this out one of these days! Finally its wintwr time in january and we decided to stop by today. First the atmosphere is awesome, we love the astetics of this cozy little mom pop deli by the river with beautiful views. The service was good, not bad nor outstanding but nothing to complain about. Now for the food, we tried one of there blue berry muffins and we split two different sandwiches. We weren’t disappointed one bit, so delicious. We plan to visit again to slowly try as much as possible on the menu. In summer im assuming it might be busier so you might have to wait for seating but im not sure? Eitherways we highly recommend you stopping by if your passing through, its definitely worse the stop because they have a variety of thing to eat including ice cream, coffees, breakfast etc.

Great panini-ized wraps and a fun selection of regional specific chips. I know, sounds silly but the chips were fantastic. Cascade something chips. Super friendly and nice seating outside. Has to be the beat place to stop on Stevens pass.

I dropped off a Veteran client in town this afternoon and he said that it was a great place. Well, it’s an Incredibly Great Place! I have always been a fan of Ruben sandwiches and the Ruben here has no equal. Do not hesitate and spend your money here. The staff are friendly and hard working so please tip them well. A tip o’ the hat!

Always enjoyed stopping at Louskis usually for a quick snack, my only complaint is that I wished that they would open at 7 – 7:30 during the week for ski season. We’d love to grab your breakfast sandwiches/wraps on the way up. For decades we’ve stopped at a place in Sultan, but their quality has drastically fallen and we’ve had a tough time finding a replacement. Please consider opening earlier for us midweek boarders, I think you’d be surprised at the number of customers.

Found LouSkis on Google and tried it for the first time this morning. LOVED IT! Great little spot in a Skykomish – a great little town with a great little name. LouSkis (also a great Name) is a cute little place where everything looks like it’s in just the right spot. Not neccesarily “throw back”, but a great Small Roadhnouse Cafe vibe.

Got the Breakfast Burrito. OMG. Comes with Bacon and Sausage, bursting with fresh scrambled eggs and some accent veggies, and served with a red sauce that’s got a little PUNCH! Could not even finish 1/2 of it. Just had the rest for dinner.

I love places like LouSkis. Great atmosphere. Nice people. Prompt service. Fair prices. Good hearty food. What’s not to like?

And GOOD LUCK to the State Plowing Crew that were out training and stopped for a coffee. The kid driving the Truck looked to be all of 13 (I’m kidding of course) but he was brand new and getting his first miles behind the wheel on this nice day. The Boss Man said he was doing just fine and coming along nicely. Thanks to all the hearty and brave Men and Women who are out there workin’ their tails off – keeping those roads safe and scarped for us Civilians heading for the Ski Hill and / or Grandmas House. (And remember Kids… Beer time is AFTER you park the car, not before you get in.)

Try LouSkis. I think you’ll like it.

This restaurant is conveniently located right off route 2. Whether you’re coming from an adventure or going to one, LouSkis Deli is in a very convenient location. The Rainy Day Reuben was fantastic! Outdoor seating near the Skykomish River make for wonderful views (weather permitting obviously). Other patrons that were there were friendly and made for some nice small talk. If you’re driving by I recommend stopping by and checking out their menu and atmosphere!
